It had been a couple of months and Mattheo has yet to ask you out yet, you were starting to think that he didn't like you anymore and was never gonna do it, even though you always wondered that you just kept falling for him.
This however was not the only thing going on in your mind, you have yet to kill Dumbledore and you didn't know how you were going to do it either.
Little did you know Snape had told Dumbledore that I had to kill him so Dumbledore told Snape to take you to the astronomy tower the next night so you could kill him.
You were in potions class the day before and Snape calls you over to his desk "y/n I need you, Mattheo and Draco to meet me at the astronomy tower tomorrow night at midnight" Snape said "why" you questioned "you will see when you get there" Snape said "I'm trusting you to tell Mattheo and Draco too" Snape said.
After classes you were all walking to the Slytherin common room you pull Mattheo and Draco aside, Blaise and Pansy didn't even notice has they had started dating and never left each others side. "Snape needs us to meet him at the astronomy tower tomorrow night at midnight" you said "why" Draco said "I don't know that's just what Snape wants" you said
"Draco let's just go" Mattheo said, "ok" Draco said, him and Mattheo want back to the common room but you wandered around the castle before you came across a big mirror you stood in front of it. It was you and Mattheo, Volemort was dead on the floor you had a big smile with a blood stained knife and your wand in your hand. On the top of the mirror was written in some kind of dead language that you have never seen, "Eriesd stra ehru oyt ube catru oyt on wohsi" the mirror had written on the top you writte the letters down you and piece of parchment and stuff it in your pocket "I've seen that you have found the mirror of eriesd" Dumbledore said "I accidentally wandered in here professor" I said "well then you better go on then" he said. You walked out and went back to the common room "where have you been" Mattheo says, you just walk into your dorm and take out a piece of parchment.
After an hour you figured out the the mirror spelt "I show not your face but your hearts desire" just backwards and with some spaces moved.
So that mirror had show want you really desired. You and Mattheo and Volemort dead but, you wanted to kill Volemort.
That night you went back to the mirror. You sat in front of the mirror staring at every little detail. You had lost track of time and Dumbledore came back into the room "I knew that you would be here" he said "sorry professor" you say standing up "what do you see y/n" Dumbledore asked. "I see me and Mattheo and Voldemort on the floor" you say knowing that he can read your mind "anything else" Dumbledore ask calmly "I'm holding a knfe and my wand" you say "does the knife have blood on it" he ask "yes" "okay, and does Volemort have wounds on him" "yes" you answer. "What are you doing" someone whisper in your mind. You were trying your best to block out the sound as Snape has taught you incase this happened "don't block me out" the voice said once again, you didn't say anything and blocked it out. "I think you should go to bed Ms Lestrange" Dumbledore said "and please don't come back or your gonna lose your mind" he said. You walked back to the common room and there was Mattheo sitting on the couch "where were you" Mattheo questioned me "nowhere" I said trying to go to my dorm "I don't believe you" he said "fine, I was looking in the mirror of erised" I said. Mattheo let out a sigh "I'm not gonna ask what you saw because I think that we both see really similar things" he said, I stayed silent "please don't go back" he said "okay" .
