AUTHOR'S NOTES: Thank you so so much for putting up with me until here and still managing to be kind enough to leave me comments. I lost control on answering them, but I super appreciate the support. See you sometime soon and here you go :)

"I've been told you two are an item now, but there's no sharing rooms before marriage in my house."

The warming with a pointed finger in their faces was the first complete sentence Saeroyi and Yi Seo heard from Toni's grandma after arriving at her place in Jeju Island. The gang was there for some filming that would go to television as a sort of documentary for Economy enthusiasts. Each episode would focus on a different brand and its history, and they would star the first one. So much for pub owners.

The filming had gone well and taken about a day and a half, and Toni had invited his DanBam friends for a weekend vacation afterwards, their first together in so many years with their tight schedules and all. So there they were after a nice wrap up dinner with the crew at the hotel they were staying, receiving room keys and heads-ups from one Kim Soon-Rye.

Saeroyi's face was as red as it could get as he tried to ramble a response. The others were finding the whole thing hilarious.

Yi Seo was the one to laugh it off and answer, "Of course, grandma. Thank you so much for arranging us rooms. Have a good night."

The woman scoffed and started to walk away as they all respectfully bowed for her.

Seung Kwon outright laughed once she was out of sight.

"You should've seen your face, hyungnim. It was hil-"

A sharp glare from his boss cut his words and he looked away, features still amused.

"Ok, we should get some sleep. Good night," Saeroyi dismissed them, disappearing inside his room in a second.

Hyun Yi snickered but agreed. It had been a long day after all.

They went, including Yi Seo.

If anything, she should at least pretend to follow rules...

-----------------------------------------------------------

Saeroyi was reading a book leaned against the bed headboard when his door opened later that night.

One cute rebel girl in oversized clothes in sight.

"What are you doing here?" he asked softly, closing the book.

She hadn't answered his good night message; he thought she was already sleeping. He should've known this was more Jo Yi Seo.

"Well, I wanted to see how you were doing," she excused away, which made him smile. "But I had to wait a while for everyone to be settled down."

"Tsc, you know Mrs. Kim doesn't want us sleeping in the same room."

"I locked my door, she will never know. Do you want me to leave?" She pouted, faking disappointment.

"Anni." The fast answer sent a smile through her face. "Come here."

Yi Seo turned to lock the door before walking up to him.

Saeroyi put the book aside as she climbed to the bed. He gathered her until she was cozily sitting sideways on his lap, his arms circling her in a protective embrace, and rearranged the duvet around them.

"Comfortable?"

Yi Seo smiled under his gaze. "Né."

Saeroyi smiled back and pecked her lips.

"What are you reading?"

He showed her the cover of the thin pocket edition he carried to the trip.

"Read for me," she asked, resting her face on his collarbone.

Saeroyi started reading again, voice gentler.

Once Yi Seo became too quiet, he stopped to check, "Are you sleeping?"

"No," she murmured, almost drifted off. Her eyes probably closed already.

"We can just go to sleep, if you want."

Yi Seo's hand caressed his chest in a sweet manner and then moved to half hug him. "I like it here, and I like your voice. Keep going."

No point arguing, so he did as told. He liked it here, too.

After a while, she really slept and Saeroyi laid both of them down, kissing her forehead goodnight. As he whispered in Yi Seo's ear a wish for sweet dreams, he could barely recall a time when nights like this didn't exist in his life.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Before Yi Seo, Saeroyi used to loathe mornings. He didn't have good nights, so by default his early hours always felt nothing but tiresome. Plus, the feeling of waking up to a whole new day of hardships was not one he took relief on.

But then she came along, and his mornings started to get interesting.

It was great when he got to see her early at DanBam to discuss anything. (Or if they stayed awake late enough in Itaewon after a work night and got to see the sun rise together).

Then, at the headquarters when they moved.

Then, in his bed, like now.

No doubt, this last one was his favorite. Like this, he saw the vulnerable side of her she showed no one else. It made him feel special, and peaceful, and overwhelmed by everything she stirred up in him at the same time.

So he really was sorrowful to wake her up when the clock hit 6:00.

"Yi Seo-ah."

Not that she was making it easy by completely ignoring him. She was sleeping on her front, head facing the other way, and didn't move an inch even after he said her name a couple more times. Saeroyi knew she was half listening at least; she's usually a light sleeper.

He hovered over her a little so he could look at her face as he called again. "Yi Seo-ah, you have to wake up. The others will soon be stepping out for breakfast and they shouldn't see you coming out of my room."

She hummed in denial, to which Saeroyi gave her an empathetic shrug on the arm and a light kiss to her neck.

"Do I really have to?" she tried, voice suppressed by the pillow.

"Yes. We can't disrespect Mrs. Kim in her own house."

Yi Seo sighed, turning to lie on her back and face him. She's got sleepy eyes and pouty lips, looking every bit not the same sexy woman that usually took over his nights.

"Nothing like waking up to my boyfriend kicking me out of bed."

"You know that's not what I mean." Saeroyi kissed her cheek. "Now, get going."

She sneered, but resigned.

"See you at breakfast, then."

"Hm."

As he watched his girlfriend lead herself out of the room, Saeroyi remembered grandma's words about not sharing bedrooms until marriage and smiled.

After marriage it was, then.
