Jisoo looked at her cousin in disbelief of what she just stated towards Lisa's parents.
“Don't talk trash like that, Jennie Kim. They are still Lisa's parents!” Jisoo scolded her foul-mouthed cousin.
“Parents won't do those shits, Jisoo. What do you expect me to do? I am not that soft like the both of you or even Lisa. What kind of parents arrange their daughter to someone she doesn't even know?” Jennie spat coldly and angrily. She felt angry towards Lisa's parents for doing that to her bestfriend.
“They probably have reasons, Jen.” Rosé sighed. Jennie scoffed at her statement.
“And what reason is that, Ro? That they hold a reputation and they had to protect it no matter what even if it means their daughter's happiness? Shut it!” Jennie said.
Jennie hated those kinds of parents who put their children in line. She hated those and that's what she learned after her fatger who left them like a trash.
“Jen, just stop. Anger won't help Lisa's current situation, alright?” Jisoo said then Jennie just rolled her eyes and stopped herself.
“I understand you, Jen. Even I hold a grudge towards her parents but Lisa loved her parents. Even if they did those things, Lisa still loved them and that is one of the things I hated about her. She loves people unconditionally.” Rosé said sadly that made the two sad too.
“Let's just finish this and call her alright?” Jisoo stated then the two nodded and ate their food.
While Jisoo and Rosé contacted Jungkook, Jennie received a call from someone.
Jennie answered the call not knowing who the caller is since it's an unknown number.
“Who's this?” Jennie asked.
“Jennie—”
“Leave me alone, Taehyung.” Jennie spat before turning off her phone.
“Jen! Come on!” Rosé called happily while they were facing her phone.
Jennie quickly went to them and her anger subsided immediately after seeing Lisa on the screen.
“Li!” Jennie said happily.
“Guys! I missed you!” Lisa said happily while waving at them through the screen. They are currently facetiming each other.
“We missed you too, Lisa! How are you there?” Jisoo asked happily.
“I am fine here, Soo! How about you guys?” Lisa asked.
“Fine as usual, Li!” Rosé answered then followed by a giggle from Lisa.
“We were so worried about you, Li. Are you really okay there?” Jennie asked her.
“I'm fine, Jen. Don't worry about me here.” Lisa reassured the cat-eyed girl.
“Is Jungkook taking care of you? He isn't harassing you, right?” Rosé bombarded her with questions. Lisa suddenly looked nervous.
