It was beautiful the way rain fell from the grey clouds . It seemed.. calming. The tipper tappers in the window started growing and Fading .
' This is gonna last a while ' Macy rolled her eyes internally .
As much as she loved the smell of wet soil , It also meant no Wi-fi , weak data and possible electricity shortage . Something she despised. A lot . The teacher went on and on about some English book or whatever she could care less about . That was the last thing on her mind at the moment.
She looked over to the third row a few seats in front of her. There she was . Venus. Pretty cheesy name but GOD did she live up to her name .She remembers the day the time the transfer student had walked through hallways of this hell hole. She could swear she was all Macy could think about for the entire week.
safe to say Macy had a crush on her for a while now. She tried making small talks and conversation but they always seemed to fall into a fit of awkwardness and short laughs. All her social skills that got her to be quite known in the school to the point it made her life surviving in high school much easier just disappear when she's with her.
'not today' she thought. She was hell bent on talking to her today. After all summer break , thinking and plotting and asking her friends for tips. She was going to talk to her again. Was. The rain and tripping on the way out and almost flooding her driveway with blood made her think about it twice. okay. Maybe that was an over exaggeration. Maybe. But she couldn't afford have another bad luck today.
so she just decided to observed Venus from her seat. like always. She was looking cute. Hell she always does. How does she do it? Her eyes went to her hands . She was swinging a pen in her hand seemingly uninterested in whatever the teacher was saying too.
She watched as she took the pen and swirled it around a strand of her brown hair.was she really being jealous of a pen? Maybe .
Venus took the pen swirled it around for while and rested it on her pink tinted lips. She looked so serious.

Macy didn't realize her breath hitch as an almost audible gasp left her mouth . ' oh god '.
Which was loud enough for Valerie to hear from the seat behind her.
"Simp" she retorted as she let out a sound that almost sounded like a pig. Macy whipped her head back to glare at her. Maybe say something sarcastic but the teacher beat her to it.
" Miss Maxwell , can you tell us what happened at the end of this chapter? "
' urgh' she wasn't listening at all.
" Uhhh .. she.. died? "" And why do you think that happened?" she mentally high fived herself for getting it the first question right and not embarrasing herself in front of Venus .
But how the fuck would she know why? She was already thinking why god was being so mercy less towards her today.
"Well?" Mrs. Nora raised one of her perfect blonde eyebrows. God knows how she got time to care for them in the middle of all the torture plans she plotted to make he students lives miserable

he definitely knew about Macy's crush and just decided to take the only seat behind Venus today.
The only day she made up the courage to talk to her,
" So did you want her to fall in love with his mother?" he said in his obviously fake deep voice.
" I mean if his mom's anything like yours then..." Macy trained off completely forgetting the witch's existence.
