Amelia's POV

"finally. this was the worst class today" I said as me and Addison walked out of the school

"wanna hang out?" she asked

I let out a sigh and shook my head

"I wish I could but we're having people over for dinner" I replied

"who?" she asked

"my dad's girlfriend and her daughter" I said trying not to sound annoyed

"aw that must sucks" she said

I nodded my head

"well I'm going home, text me after that dinner I have some tea" she said before getting in her car

I started walking home, when a car slowed down beside me

I ignored it but it continued walking beside me

I sped a bit but the car kept following me

I started running and yet again the car kept following me

"jeez Lia, I'm not kidnapping you" a very familiar voice said from the car

I looked to my side and saw Tayler

"oh god you scared me" I said letting out a sigh of relief

"and why is that?" he asked smiling smugly

"a car approached me and kept following me while I was walking home. the least I could do is feel scared" I said rolling my eyes and crossing my arms over my chest

I then realized that this isn't Tayler's car he's driving

"who's car is this?" I asked

"Bryce's. he went with Nate so I'm keeping his car with me until tomorrow" he said

"and what about your car?" I asked

"I came with Kelianne in the morning" he replied

I nodded and silence surrounded us

"get in" he said snapping me out of my own world

"I'm almost there no need" I said shaking my head

"I didn't ask you, I said get in" he said rolling his eyes

I let out a sigh and got in the car with him

he started driving and when we arrived to my street he drove right past it

"where are we going?" I asked

"I'm going to park Bryce's car at his house, then go get some ice cream" he said

"and how am I supposed to go back home?" I asked rolling my eyes 

"my house is so close to Bryce's house, and to the ice cream shop. so after getting ice cream we will go to my house and I'll drive you home, no can you please shut up and let me drive peacefully?" he said

I scoffed and crossed my arms over my chest

but honestly, I was happy we're getting ice cream

"I can see you smiling you know" Tayler said smirking

I tried hiding my smile but it was hard

"I'm not" I said looking out of the window

"you are" he said poking my cheek

"okay okay I am" I said smiling slightly

"and why are you smiling? is it because you're enjoying spending time with me? or is it because we're going to my house?" he asked cockily
