Absolutely gloomy. Emptiness and darkness added even more fear and creep to the atmosphere. This lasted for about five minutes and soon a bright white light flashed among the black space, the light was bright enough to blind a person. Germany opened his eyes, slightly covering them with his palm, for the light hurts his eyes. He carefully got to his feet, but after a moment he covered his head with his hands, his head ache so badly that he barely felt anything but pain:
"W-where I am?.." - Germany mumbled timidly with a trembling in his voice - "... Am I dead?"
He began to look around in panic, trying to find his friends, but he could see nothing but darkness and light. Suddenly Germany heard a very familiar voice.
"In hell... we're in hell..." - In a desperate, sad and trembling voice, Turkey said.
"T-Turkey?! It's you?!" - Germany relieved a little, but was still in a panic from what was happening - "Finally! I-.. I- What's going on?! A-and why you called this place "hell"? Is it the real hell? That's means we're dead?"
"Too many questions.. but so few answers.."
"Turkey, I am not kidding!"
"I know you're not. I also don't know if this is hell .. or what .. whether we died .. or are we still alive, suffering in the endless space of this place." - Turkey sighed.
"It's all because of that acid green meteorite" - They said together, at the same time - "Stop! Have you seen this meteorite too? The one that glowed brightly!" - Both countries decided to be silent to stop saying the same thing at the same time. After a short pause, Germany began to speak.
"Yes, I saw it. This meteorite fell into my yard and-"
"It also fell into MY yard!" - Turkey suddenly exclaimed, interrupting his interlocutor.
"I understand that you are as confused as I am, Turkey, but please do not interrupt me."
"A- oh yea.. I'm sorry."
"It's okay, I guess.." - Germany cleared his throat and continued to speak - "So.. Russland touched this meteorite.. and from that moment I also ended up here.."
"Oh-.. I saw that meteorite in my yard too.. but I didn't touch it.. I just ended up here too about fifteen minutes ago. I'm a little scared, but at least I'm glad I'm not alone here."
"I'm glad to see you as well, but I am very worried about my friends and my sister... what if... what if something bad happened to them!? I will never forgive myself if something happens to them."
"Then why are we just sitting here!? It's time to start looking for them and get out of here as soon as possible!" - Turkey clenched his fist and jumped a little with excitement.
"Woah, this is the first time you're right!" - Germany said it jokingly and smiled, but in response only received a condemning look from Turkey, who apparently lacks a sense of humor.
Both friends continued on their way. They walked across a light, but this did not last long, after only five minutes the light went out, leaving everything in deep darkness.
"What the... ohh, now I can't see anything. Great!" - The workaholic said with anger and sarcasm.
"Well I-"
Turkey's attention switched and this interrupted him. He looked closer and noticed a road of red stones that glow faintly, but this is enough to continue their way with enough lighting.
"Tamam*, I know where to go. Just follow me, ok?" - Turkey did not take his eyes off that road, as if afraid that it would fade away.
Turkey ran closer to the red glowing road, followed by Germany. The further they ran, the brighter the light shone. As soon as they reached the end of that road, they heard crying.
"I swear to anything, it's Österre-"
Before Germany had time to finish, an abyss appeared under his feet and he and Turkey fell there. Having landed, German got to his feet and began to call Turkey, in the hope that he would respond:
"Türkei! Türkei, where are you?"
Turkey's voice, barely audible, was heard nearby. In absolute darkness, Turkey also smelled burning.
"I'm here! I think we fell ... somewhere? I don't know what this place is, but it smells like burning. Luckily the anvil made it easier for me to fall!"
"Anvil?" - repeated the workaholic.
"Evet*, anvil!"
As soon as Turkey got to his feet, the light shone brightly and the smell of burning intensified. All this was just a game of reason. Both countries woke up in their hometown: Cherryburg. The weather was uncontrollably hot and everything was on fire. Next to them were the bewildered Poland and crying Austria.
"They woke up! They finally woke up!" - Poland said.
"I- Deutschy, Türkei!! Are you two okay?" - Austria was a little overjoyed, but she still couldn't calm down due to the fact that everything was burned out.
"Ja, I'm ok, I guess... I had a nightmare where everything was dark.. and an abyss and a red road.." - Germany mumbled.
"Mee too.. also why everything is burning?!" - Turkey got scared and shuddered.
"After the meteorite exploded, everything around began to warm and burn." - Russia answered.
The sky turned red and a huge white hole formed in the clouds from which an old map with cherry stains of beer fell. Map fell on Germany's head:
"Ouch! Huh? What's that?" - He said.
The workaholic picked up the map and began to look. Turkey was delighted, he approached Germany and exclaimed:
"That's an old map! I love old maps!"
"Hm.. I see. Well-" - Germany said.
"The apocalypse has begun. When everything is burning around, you will find this map. Legend has it that only the chosen one who picked up this map is able to save the world with four TRUE friends." - Germany turned the map over and it was written on the back, and read everything written out loud. Immediately after that, on the back of the map, cherry spots formed words, or rather a clue.
"Under the ruins of the burning city, you can find a sacred artifact buried deep underground. You must act as a team, or you will not achieve anything."
"Well... I see a great adventure awaits us." - Austria rolled up her shirt sleeves and sighed.
"Yes.. maybe." - Germany answered, looking at the red sky and the white hole formed in the clouds a little earlier.
