Blackmail

Y/n is forced to date John Walker after losing a fight to blackmail.

Y/n's POV

I headed home. I had to get away from all the dumb shit, especially Dick Walker.

"Y/n!" I heard a voice call out from behind me. I started to speed walk.
I knew exactly who it was.

"Y/n!" John called again. I sighed heavily and stopped walking. I waited as he jogged up to me.

I raised an eyebrow at him expectantly.

"Look, if I tell you where they are. You have to be my girlfriend. At least until I find someone to fill the spot" He told me.

I now raised both eyebrows at him.
Who the fuck does he think he is? I'd rather date a plant.

"That's your plan to get me to like you? To force me into a relationship.....with You?" I asked in disbelief. He's really fucking pushing his luck.

He nodded. "I mean, if you want to find them. This is the only way" He said.

"Or I could find someone else to track them" I said as I turned around and started to walk away, put was stopped when he caught hold of my arm.
I quickly bend his arm back and flipped him over. I kept his arm behind his back, as he faced the ground.

He grunted as I spoke, "I wouldn't move if I were you. I could just snap your bones in half, but. What would hold that sheild, huh?" I said in a teasing way.

"Bet, Barnes taught you that move" He  said as his voice muffled a bit, since I had his face shoved against the ground.

I chuckled, "Oh no. I taught myself. Didn't get special treatment, like some people" I said referring to John.

"Look, I'll make sure you have no criminal records. I will help you get to Barnes and Wilson!" He begged.

I rolled my eyes, "Fine. But no kissing. Or anything like that" I told him.

3rd Person

Bucky sat on the floor as he watched the interview of the New Captain America.

In his opinion, no one could live up to become even the slightest bit like Steve. But he also didn't agree with Sam giving up the shield.

Sam sat on the couch in his living room, also watching the interview.

John Walker walked put to the stadium and towards the interviewer, but what really caught both Sam and Bucky's attention, was Y/n.

She stepped out a few seconds after John and followed him to sit across from the interviewer.

Bucky's jaw clenched when his gaze fell on John and Y/n interlocked hands.

Sam narrowed his eyes as he watched Y/n's face show that one look.
The 'I'm not happy' look.

Of course he knew why she wasn't happy, obviously she was tricked into this.

"And who is this?" The interviewer asked as she smiled at Y/n, who gave a small smile in return.

"Oh, this is my girlfriend, Y/n" John said, making Y/n's face visually harden.

Meanwhile Bucky got up and punched the tv screen in anger to John's words. Fuck him. He doesn't have a right to say that!

The tv fell back, now against the wall behind it as a dent was made in the middle of the screen.

"And how long have you been together?" The interviewer asked Y/n.

Y/n paused, "Uh, about 5 hour-" She was cut off by John squeezing her hand a bit too tight as a warning.
"Years. 5.......years" she quickly said.

Joh smiled and nodded in agreement as he loosened his grip on Y/n's hand a little.

"And how do you feel about your boyfriend being the new Captain America" the interviewer asked her.

Y/n almost gagged but swallowed the feeling down as quickly as she could to answer, "Oh, it's...great! Yeah, especially with a big crowd coming here tonight to celebrate with us" she said pulling her hand out of John's grip so she could gesture to the crowd around them.

And just to get out of his grip was a relief for Y/n as she sighed through a smile.

Bucky felt tears start to form in his eyes as she watched the discomfort in Y/n's expressions and body language.
He wished he could just run in there to rescue her so they could run away together. And he didn't care how long they would run, as long as they were with eachother.

Sam rested his face in his hands as he sighed, feeling really bad for Y/n right now. He felt as if he should call Bucky, but things between the two were kind've heading south.

The last time they saw eachother, they argued because Sam gave up the shield and he blamed Sam for having to leave Y/n behind.

But for now, all Sam and Bucky could do is hope that Y/n would find them.........And soon.
