[Jonah's POV]
I got on the bus as I saw Jacob being taken away by police as he was writing to the Joker instead of Dr. Crane. My mind then went to Ivy. 'She kissed me.' After I got home, I decided to write her a letter. The next day in Criminal Justice, the teacher made an announcement.
Teacher: "As of today, the pen pal program is done."
I was distraught.
Jonah: "What, why?"
Teacher: "Because of what occurred yesterday. Now you are also banned from visiting with these inmates."
Jonah: "But Ivy didn't do anything?"
Teacher: "It's still a risk to your safety."
I was pissed, but I was going to see her again. So, after school, I made my way to Arkham, but a guard stops me.
Guard: "Who are you here to see."
Jonah: "Pamela Isley."
Guard: "Name and form of ID."
I handed him my state ID.
Jonah: "Jonah Carleton."
He looks up at something and stops.
Guard: "Sorry, I can't let you in."
Suddenly Commissioner Gordon came up behind him.
Gordon: "Let him in."
He leads me to a window. Then I saw her. Suppose a guard didn't have to bring her over. She probably would have run to me.
Jonah: "Hey Ivy."
Pamela: "Hey, doing alright? You look angry."
Jonah: "I'm fine, but I thought I would never see or hear from you again."
Pamela: "Why?"
Jonah: "Because as of yesterday, my teacher doesn't want us to keep in contact with our pen pals."
Pamela: "Well, you could use your address and write to me from home."
Jonah: "Okay."
Pamela: "I know you said you were fine yesterday but are you?"
Jonah: "No, I'm scared."
Pamela: "Why?"
Jonah: "What if my parents hate me for loving you?"
Pamela: "You love me?"
Jonah: "Yes, I do. Im sorry."
I look down in sadness.
Pamela: "Hey, I dont mind. Anyways you better get home."
Jonah: "Okay. I'll see you soon."
