"Ugh... how long are we gonna be here?" [Y/N] groaned in annoyance. "We just got here! All you do is sleep anyway, some walking would do you good." [Y/N]'s dad said. "I'd rather sleep all day than walk aimlessly in a store for 3 hours."

[Y/N]'s dad thought for a few seconds, then spoke up. "How about a deal: If you don't complain the entire time we're here, I'll buy you whatever you want." [Y/N]'s eyes widened. "Really? Anything?" "Yep! Just don't choose anything too expensive."

[Y/N] excitedly said "I accept your offer!"

"Well, [Y/N], whaddya want? There's video games, chips, stuffed animals--"

"I want a computer!" You interrupted. Your dad stared in shock. "A computer? Are you sure?" "Dave, you did say anything." Your mom spoke up. "Well, yeah.. but of all things, a computer?" he sighed. "Okay then, what computer do you want?" You looked around, when a rather odd object caught your eye.

It was a violet coloured machine, and the light reflecting off of it gave it a dreamy look. It was quite strange, but it looked very advanced for just a gaming computer. You pointed at the machine, then looked back at your parents. "I want that one!" Your dad looked to where you were pointing, then began walking towards it. Your mom stayed by you.

"This one, eh?" He said, "Well, it does have a reasonable price." You read the label on the back while he examined the other parts. 'Felidae Computer Corporation' you stared blankly. "What a weird name for a computer company..." You thought to yourself.

Just then, your mom's voice broke the silence. "Are you sure this is the one you want?" You nodded your head.

(I'm sorry for the next part, I don't know how people usually pay for computers)

Your dad picked up the machine, and was surprised at how light it was. He brought it over to a desk, where a tired looking employee stood. Your dad paid for the computer, then you and your parents walked back to the car.
Your mom got the groceries put in the trunk (or the boot). She then got in the car.

Eventually, you arrived at your house, and you hopped in the bed, exhausted. You closed your eyes, and drifted off into sleep.
