We were just a bunch of Glamberts. All of we were in chorus, so we had no idea the adventure we would have to take on this day. I can tell you the entire story all from memory! OK, so it started like this. My friends and I were running to chorus, and fast. We were running late because Language Arts went into overtime.
Cassidy and Courtney are twins; they have the same opinion on almost everything. Both of them are in love with Adam Lambert and his bassist, Tommy Joe Ratliff. Courtney loves Adam, Cassidy Tommy. It normally takes another one of us to get them to follow. For once, you found someone who's a follower, not a leader! OK, they can be leaders, I will say that, but I've yet to see them take a stand! I've known them since... um... well, as long as I can remember!
Anglie was an average girl, but she was quiet as heck! One of us would be by her side. Anglie will do what we do, listen to our music, eat what we want to eat, you name it! Cassidy and Courtney say it's because we're her "only friends", but Anglie is just that quiet kind of go-girl if you ask me. Courtney introduced her to me to her a few years back, and she was the 4th Glambert,
Melissa, or Missy, as we call her, is our newest Glambert. She and Courtney have to watch what each other say, or they could get into a tussle! She loves One Direction, and hates Adam Lambert. Swap that and you have Courtney. Missy is just an easy-to-please girl. We'll do just about anything with her! She only joined 2 years ago but you'd think she was a Glambert for life!
Megan is one crazy Glambert! She combines 2 sodas for one to drink, she puts chocolate syrup on her burgers, need I go on!? Heh. She often disagrees with us, but she ends up going with our decisions, and likes it! Megan drives me bananas most of the time, but Glamberts have to stick together! Cassidy sometimes copies Megan, but sometimes she's to crazy even for me! We met her about 5 years ago.
Ashley and Anglie basically act alike. Ashley speaks her mind sometimes, though. Ashley has been my best friend since 1st grade, and the other Glamberts seem to think of her as family. Ashley and Anglie can never decide on anything! It's always "You pick!" "No, you pick!" It drives Missy crazy!
My name is Invader. OK, Invader is just a nickname, but I can't stand my real name! I mean... Mary Ash is just a weird name! i'm called Invader because of my love for Invader ZIM. If you can name a song, I can make a spoof of it no matter what of! That's part of the reason why I'm called Invader, considering Ashley said "You just invade the lyrics!" I haven't changed since.
Back to our story. We stepped right into the chorus room the second the late bell rang. We were safe. "Girls, get your folder. You're almost tardy again." "Sorry, Mr. Still. We'll make sure to make it next time." "You'd better." We sat in our row in the alto section, except Ashley and Anglie. They were sopranos. So, basically, we say, Cassidy, me, Courtney, Megan, Missy, space, Anglie, Ashley. I noticed a lot of people were crowded in the hall, so I had Mr. Still sign a restroom pass.
