Pet To The Decepticons

CHAPTER 8

( Ok! So, in this Chapter it'll include some Shockwave x Soundwave moments I think and if you notice me changing a few things or maybe missing something that kinda means I'm losing some motivation. so until I get my motivation back, i'll just write what I got.)

The very next day, Shockwave entered in his lab with a machine placed on his table causing Pheonix to pop out of the empty box finishing her fruit looking at Shockwave.

Pheonix:* gulps down her food*" Morning, Shockwave!"* she greeted*

Shockwave:" Hmm...Hello, Pheonix" * he greeted back*

With a smile, Pheonix climbs out of the box with an apple core in her hand and throwing it into the box as she finishes.

After a few moments of preparing the machine, the purple bot walked over to Pheonix and opens the cell with a press of a button.
And before she knew it, Pheonix was then picked up by Shockwave carefully placing her on the table.

Pheonix:" Whoa!"* she exclaimed tumbling on the table*

Pheonix then stood up to find a large machine connected to a small head attachment and a larger screen on the other side of the room.
Filled with curiosity, The black-haired human then proceeds to step towards the device and picked up the headpiece.

Shockwave:" I would advise you not to attach that yet. I have to make some adjustments before using it."* he spoke while checking the machine*

Pheonix:" Oh, Sorry..."* she apologized placing the device down*

Suddenly, the door of the lab opened revealing the indigo bot from last night stepping inside quiet nervously as Pheonix eyes sparked open having a hunch of what he was about to do.
But when Shockwave glanced at his rival, he glared at him in annoyance as he worked.

Shockwave:" State your business, Soundwave!"* he demanded as calm as he could*

Soundwave changing his expression and wrapping his arms with an unfriendly glance.
The indigo bot simply wanted to talk, but of course, being the one still stuck in the past, it wasn't so easy.

Soundwave:" Megatron permitted me to....help you with the experiment."* he replied with an annoyed tone*

Soundwave:" So, whether you like it or not, i'm staying"

His voice echoed in the room as the two bots had a staring contest as Pheonix looked at Shockwave then at Soundwave before sighing.

Pheonix:" Well...., not what I expected but I hope it'll go well"*she whispered hopefully*

An hour later.....

Soundwave and shockwave both worked on different ends of the machine still struggling to adjust it and make it work while Pheonix sat staring quite anxiously at the two of them with the headpiece attached to her head.

Shockwave:* clicks a switch and turns to Pheonix*" Do you feel anything, Pheonix?"

The black-haired human closed her eyes and shook her head at the bot feeling nothing.

Pheonix:" No."* she replied*

With a sigh, Shockwave continued to search inside the machine as he adjusted the cables.
But while he was working, Pheonix soon noticed Soundwave glancing at Shockwave then back at his work repeatedly unsure of whether to strike first or not.
Pheonix made a small smile and called out to the indigo not as she whispered.

Pheonix:" Psst..! Soundwave!"* she called out quietly*

Instantly, the indigo bot jerked up and turned his attention to the human to find her tilting her head towards Shockwave repeatedly telling him to strike a conversation.
