Giorpunzel

Late at night, the streets of Italy glow brightly in the moonlight. Someone, bloody and bruised, is slowly making their way from the scene. This man has emerged from a fight victorious, with the aid of his Stand, Gold Experience. Giorno was truly a one of a kind fighter, with powers that very few people have in the world. As he makes his way through the lit streets of the night, he freezes, although he himself is unaware of it.

Meanwhile, in his final confrontation with the Joestars, DIO has stopped time with his Stand, The World. He walks around Joseph's frozen body, monologuing. He pulls out a knife and repeatedly screams "MUDA!" launching it at Joseph's throat. However, through unexplained means, time is moving backwards at the point where Giorno currently stood.

Once he regained mobility of his limbs, Giorno found himself laying on the ground in the middle of a medieval city. Confused, he stood up and walked around, asking people where he is and what year it is. Due to his absurd question and his style of dress, people dismissed him as a lunatic. He was about to give up asking for help when he suddenly ran into someone, knocking himself to the ground. Rubbing away the pain in his head, he looked up to see a brunette in similar-colored clothing to his, accompanied by some sort of guard.

"Excuse me peasant!" the guard spoke, "How dare you interrupt the queen during her personal ventures!"

"I'm really sorry sir, I-"

"I will not take any excuses!" interrupted the guard, "In fact, I should just arrest right now for this mere assault!"

Just as the guard is about the approach Giorno, the woman interjects, "Excuse me, but I think I can handle it from here!"

"But your majesty! He just-"

"I know what he did, but just let me try and talk to him."

"Yes, your highness." The guard replied, heeding her command.

The brunette walks towards Giorno and offers a hand to help him off the ground. Instead, Giorno stands up and finally confronts her.

"Excuse me sir, but what is your name?" the queen asks politely.

"I am Giorno Giovanna. Who are you?"

"I am Rapunzel." she replies, "I am the queen of this kingdom you see before you. I rule it alongside my dear husband, Flynn."

"Well, it's very nice to meet you." responds Giorno.

He proceeds to ask Rapunzel what year they're in and where the kingdom is located. After getting caught up to speed, she asks him how he got here. He retells his story of his fight, and that he was transported here afterword without any understanding as to why or how. She offers to escort him to her castle and help him out as best as she can. Her guard reluctantly agrees to bring him along.

Upon entering the great echoing halls of Rapunzel's castle, Giorno is stunned by the amount of great wealth and magnificence he sees before him. Although it's not as much riches as he's seen in the mafia, he's still quite impressed. As he reminisces of past times, he tells her,

"This castle reminds me of some of the places I've seen back home."

"Really?" she asks, "Where do you call home?"

"Italy."

"Wow." Rapunzel says, surprised, "I've actually never been there before, but my husband went there a few times before we met."

"It's a really nice country. You should go sometime." Giorno suggests.

As the three of them approach the quarters, Rapunzel points to one of them, telling Giorno that's where he'll be staying for the time being. she also informs him that someone will show up to his quarters during supper to draw him a bath, giving him the opportunity to wash himself up before going to sleep. As she and her guard leave, Giorno enters the room, admiring its amenities. He finds the bed and sits down on it. He admires how comfortable it is, thinking about the comfort it would give him when he slept. He eventually gets up, trying to find something to do to kill time. He eventually finds the library. Unfortunately, most of the books are in English. After searching through multiple shelves, he finally finds a book in Italian. He sits in a nearby chair and starts reading.
