Me and my beautiful wife of four years decided it was finally time to go on a road trip to the countryside, we've always wanted to go and just so happens we decided to on the very particular day.
Oh how i wish we didn't.
We packed our things and made our way to our car. I was in a very good mood that day so i was being all lovey-dovey with my gorgeous wife.
I opened the car door for her, "m'lady, your carriage awaits"
She laughed, oh how i miss that laugh of hers.
We set off. In our luxurious car with our belongings in. I decided to cut of onto the motorway because it was quicker to get to the countryside.
"Be careful darling, there's loads of dangerous people on these type of roads." She said cautiously.
"I know babe" I replied not giving a care in the world.
After around half an hour of being on the motorway, i saw a gas station in the distance and decided we should stop for a snack and to go to the toilet, because at this point i was busting.
As soon as i was about to turn into the gas station, i forgot to turn my indicator on.
A massive lorry crashed into the back of our car sending us flying across the road. I was unconscious straight away because the air bag didn't come out and my face hit the steering wheel.
My wife's air bag came out fine, she obviously was hurt but she wasn't unconscious.
She was screaming and calling for help whilst whispering into my ear softly,"come on babe, please just stay with me for a few more minutes. The ambulances are on their way. I love you so much." eventually ambulances did arrive, but it was too late.
I was gone.
