2 - Lotus

~ Ed's pov ~
I made it to work pretty timely I've been working here for about a year now and I'm made good money. As their best dancer, I have my own dressing room. The name Lotus placed perfectly on the door. That's my stage name currently. I went in and started to change. Today's act was special. I'm gonna be front and center tonight.

~ Roy's pov ~

"Come on lighten up, it's been getting really popular lately" maes whined. He's my best friend but god is he annoying. "No, for the last time, I'm not going to a strip club with you." I stated firmly crossing my arms. He leaned on the wall. "Why? Are you scared you'll get hit on? Believe me they don't want someone as uptight as you"he laughed. I grumbled looking away. "I wouldn't even know what to wear and how would that look if the flame prince went to a strip club"

"I think you're just nervous to be around all the ladies"he teased. I sighed in defeat. "Fine, but only for a couple hours". He smiled brightly and told to just wear something nice. I walked back to my room after he left and dug through my closet. I pulled out some jeans and a nice button up. "This should be fine, right?"

It took forever to get ready because I couldn't decide on anything. I walked out of my house in dark jeans, a plain red button up and some nicer shoes. Nothing too fancy but not casual either. I pulled up to a large building with a sign saying "devils den". People were lined out of the door I didn't think I was ever going to find Maes. I eventually spotted him with his girlfriend Gracie. "You brought your girlfriend to a strip club?" I questioned. He laughed. "Yeah I have a fun side" she said in a sweet voice. Even Gracie comes here and I've never even heard of it.

Once we got to the bouncer he instantly recognized me. "The flame prince?! What an honor! Can I get your autograph?"he asked excitedly and everyone in line started to freak out. Had they not noticed? "Of course"I smiled and signed a business card he had in his wallet. Just like that we were in the club. It was so dark but the different colored lights were lighting up what we needed to see. There was a few clues around the dance floor that gave away what Maes hid from me. "This is a gay club" I stood shocked and he just laughed and nodded.

"Took you long enough to figure it out" Gracie giggled and got us drinks from the bar. "We came here a few days ago and figured that if this doesn't get your ass out of the closet nothing else will"Maes smiled and chugged his drink. I sipped on mine and shook my head. I'm not gay, I just have standards. I already paid to get in so there's no point in leaving. All the lights turned off and a spotlight was shown on stage. "Welcome everyone to tonight's celebration!"A man in a full suit yelled into a microphone.

"It's about to start"I heard Maes whisper. I was confused and watched the man on stage as everyone cheered. "Most of you know today is the anniversary of our club and so as a special treat I welcome all of you to enjoy all you can drink for only $49.99"he sounded so excited and of course everyone took advantage of this deal. "This first show is our star, so expect glitter welcome to the stage Lotus"

This is very weird. We sat at on of the tables as the music started to play and the colored light came back on. My jaw dropped when I saw the dancer walk out. He was angelic. Long blonde hair about down to his waist and tanned glittering skin. "So are you enjoying yourself"Maes asked watching my cheeks burn. "N-no I was just watching him, okay" I started looking back at the stage. He was gorgeous. I didn't notice that Gracie had left the table until after the show.

I was almost sad to see lotus go. Then I realized how uncomfortably hard I was. Does that mean I'm gay? No, it's probably just because he looked like a girl. I shook my head and looked over to see Maes and Gracie dancing to the music with everyone else. I sighed. I'm not made for this kind of life. My phone started to ring so I went to the restroom to answer it. "Hello?"

"Hello, this is Alex Armstrong I just want to let you know that training is at 8am"

"Thank you" I hung up and sighed. I heard someone walk in. "Why the frown? You're at a club you know. Lighten up"an unknown voice spoke. I turned to see Lotus standing before me. I was shocked. He was so much shorter than me even with those crazy heals on. "You're so short"I didn't mean to say out loud but unfortunately I did. "I am not short your brain is just the size of a walnut!!"he yelled at me angrily and turned almost pouting.

"Whatever sulk in here all you want I'm leaving"he said and left just as fast as he came in. I didn't even stop him I was so in shock that he even came in and talked to me.
