basically theyre sandman.
they can create sand from their hands, and when they blow it in their enemies face, they can:
(a) tire the person out
(b) force them into a short nap or
(c) force them into a long sleep
depending on how much they make
they can make as much as thet want with no affects, but the more they use it on people, the more the user starts to feel the effects.
the more tired they get, the harder the sand is to control
