Taylor's POV

"Ten?!" the radio host screeches, I laugh at the facial expression that's currently occupying his features.
"Yelp, ten kids. Hopefully I'm done now." I reply as he appears to let the information sink in. I'm actually used to this reaction when I tell people that I currently have ten kids at the age of twenty-seven.

"Did you plan to have that many?" I can't help but to chuckle at the question. Lord knows I didn't plan on having more than three, so the additional seven was surely a surprise. Looking back up at the host I faintly smiled while answering the question.

"Not exactly. Everyone except Te'a is a twin, so when each of my girlfriends came to me during their pregnancies saying they were expecting multiples, it was to be expected. The triplets are what took us by surprise."

"I wouldn't be able to survive with all those kids." the host dramatically wails out. The interview continues smoothly and I enjoy my time on the air. We were just wrapping up when he decides to ask his final question.
"So Taylor, the fans are begging me to ask, what's taking so long with the music?" I subtly roll my eyes at the question, I knew it was coming. I clear my throat, ready to recite the answer I've given plenty of times.

"It's coming soon, I promise. Be looking for the release before the end of the month." I hope, I thought to myself. "We'll see." he side eyes me. I laughed shaking my head, he knew not to believe me. "Thanks Taylor for joining me, it's always a pleasure."

"Thank you for having me, it's always a good time." As the interview end and the "ON AIR" sign finally shut off, I let out a breathe I didn't realize I was holding. Being live tends to have that affect on me. As I get up to leave, Ebro grabs my attention. After politely turning down his offer to hang later, I bolt out of the studio. It's 11:35 a.m. on a Saturday and the last thing I want to do is work right now. But thankfully I've finished all interviews for the day, so I was headed home to my Queens and offsprings.

I had promised my girls that I would be back in time for their tea party, but of course traffic was a bitch today. I glance at the clock seeing that I'm already fifteen minutes late and still have twenty miles to go on this backed up interstate. I should have told my driver to take the back roads, my girls HATE tardiness. I'm not looking forward to the attitudes I'll have to deal with.

Thirty-two minutes later..

We were finally pulling up to the house. Before the car can stop good enough, I see three little bodies running towards me. Their little pouting faces showed all the displeasure held towards me.
"You're late, ma." They recite in unison with the cutest mugs I've ever seen. I smile shaking my head, I swear they're just like their mom.

Nomi Keasia, Noni Keymora, and Nori Kiyomi, my four year old princesses. Their mother, Normani, swears they act just like me, but in truth they're carbon copies of her.
"I'm sorry girls, I was stuck in traffic." They all give me the same unimpressed look. I knew I had to play my cards right for these attitudes to go away.
