There I was sitting on the edge of the ship as my father went into town to collect his payment and that's when I saw him.
His curly hair, his pure blue eyes, his freshly polished armor.
"Hey your back" called out Luna
"Yea Dads here to collect a payment or something," I say jumping down from where I was sitting
I walk up to Luna and gave Them a huge hug
"you know he won't stop talking about you," said Luna with a giggle
"ill go talk to him later I've gotta go see if I need to be out on another Quest and for how long, "I say lightly punching Luna in the Arm
"do you want me to tell him you're here?" called out Luna
"Tell him to meet me near the tree on the hill at sunset" I call back walking away to go find my Dad
I started looking around the village until I came across the Inn where my Dad gets all his quests I walk in and see my dad talking to the Innkeeper.
"Hey Dad," I say walking up to him
"oh Hey Kiddo turns out the next Quest is only a month so you can choose if you want to stay here or not "
"Oh, can I stay here?"
"Yep there is a room here that the Inn Keeper has let you have for free if you cant find a place to stay"
"thank you, Mr...Uhm What's your Name?"
"you can just call me Lucas," said the Innkeeper with a soft smile
"Ok Thank you Lucas," I said smiling back
"Well Ace Kiddo I'm Leaving tomorrow at sunrise ok"
"Ok Dad Also can I borrow some money?" I say giving my Dad a hug
"Sure kid".
he pats my short curly fluffy hair and hands me a 20 dollar note and I wave as I walk out of the Inn.
