My mordecai

Twilight awoke in her dark, messy room. Books were scattered along with hoodies from her Beloved, Mordecai.  Twilight had dark purple hair with pink and blue streaks with lavender orbs. She brushed her hair swiftly before slipping on a dark pink skirt and Light brown sweater.
She heard the small sound of footsteps from the flight of stairs not far from her room door.

" twilight? Dear? I have news." She heard her mother Celestia, queen of equestria call from from the stairwell.
" yes mother?" She spoke with question in her tone. "We have made a deal with a small organization, and .. in return you are being given to them."
Twilight was shocked at the news.
Soon her new 'family' will arrive and whisk her away.

                          A few hours later

Her new home was bland, it smelled of cedar and cinnamon. It was a dark mansion in forest.
She sighed, leaving a short well written note and leaving to explore the forest.
Twilight wandered before arriving at a very familiar cliff.
She looked up at the glimmering stars in the sky.
It was a nice night.
Tears began rolling down her cheeks as she started to sing her favorite song.
" .. c-can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars.."
" I could really use a wish right now wish right now  wish right now."
She was startled by the familiar voice behind her
Mordecai, a tall bluejay stood behind her.
Her boyfriend.

".. I didn't know you were around here."
She spoke softly not wishing to alert anyone
" I texted you. You didn't answer I assumed you were in trouble.
You never come near here I was worried about you dear." He said pulling her into a soft hug
".. my- my-"
She was cut off by a sudden startling scream.

They began running when suddenly she saw Mordecai Slip on the cliff tumbling into the deep waters below.
She began crying again. Her beloved.. gone. With no goodbye
No words
He was just
Gone.
