Chapter 5- Confessions and Romance

Pete POV
I was feeling so nervous, and blushing like crazy. I'm currently listening to The Cure, "This Twilight Garden." The lyrics in that song are really romantic, blush while think about Mike listening to every word Robert Smith is singing. I was zoned until I heard a knock on the door, it's probably my friends checking on after calling them while I was panicking. I open the door to reveal the person I was just thinking about, I blushed. "Hey Pete you don't mind if I come in right? We do need to talk per se." Mike said. "Oh hey. I don't mind." I replied softly and flustered. I move aside to let him come inside. I was staring at him he is so beautiful. Mike noticed my staring, I blushed, and this conformist smirked."Oh what beautiful song you are listen to. What song is it if you don't mind me asking?" Mike said. "Oh yeah it's a romantic song by The Cure, This Twilight Garden." Pete replied."Oh romantic I see, perfect to play for a new romance to start." Mike winked at me and started moving closer to me. I got so flustered and looked down. Mike then lifted my chin to make me look at him. "Pete I'm sorry for not saying anything back there, I was in shock. But I want you to know I love you too and think you are very gorgeous too, and I'm very much gay for you." Mike said to me. Then he leaned in and kissed me, I slowly kissed back. I felt butterflies in my stomach. Then I realized something. 'How did he know my address?' I pulled back from the kiss. "Mike?" I said. "Yes my love." Mike replied. "How did you know my address?" I asked.
Mike POV
"Oh about that, Micheal gave it to me. Your friends also threatened me if I broke your heart." I said in unease. Pete starts laughing. 'He's so cute when he laughs', I thought. "Well that explains it, I do feel bad for you though my friends don't play and stay true to their words." Pete said. I laughed nervously. "Don't worry my love I won't harm you anyway." I said. Pete blushed when I said this but also genuinely smiled. "I won't harm you either. So does that mean we are dating?" Pete said. I blushed at what said. "Yes of course I'm already calling you my love." I replied. "Oh okay but don't do all mushy stuff in public with me." Pete said. "Why not my love? I want to show the world how much I love you!" I replied and gave him kisses. "Fine fine but don't be so mushy." Pete replied giving in. I smiled and kiss him again. I stayed in his house for while his room. Pete was blasting goth bands music like Bauhaus, The Cure, The Sisters Of Mercy, Specimen, Siouxsie and The Banshees, Rosetta Stone, Corpus Delicti, Lebanon Hanover, Christain Death, She Past Away, Skinny Puppy, Clan of Xymox, Xmal Deutschland, etc. Well he told all of the names of the bands we were listening to because I kept asking. His room was also decorated in band posters, halloween decorations, and a lot of black. He also has a black cat who did seem to like me. It got late so I had to leave home, so Pete walk me to the door before he open the door we kissed. He broked the kiss and open the door. When he open door we see Pete's friends.
Pete POV
"What are guys doing here?" I asked. "We came to check on you", Michael said. "But it looks your doing fine since he's still here," Henrietta said. "But doesn't mean we are letting off the hook Mike Makowski, because if you hurt Pete I will unleash the dark forces upon you." Firkle said. "Woah that kid is hardcore goth", Michael said. "I promise I won't", Mike said nervously. "Well let's leave the couple alone," Michael said. "Yeah we probably interrupted their makeout session," Henrietta said. Leaving both me and Mike blushing. After a while me and Mike kissed and said goodbye, finally together. And going on a date very soon.
