Chapter 4

I could feel my eyes slowly closing, i stopped struggling and lay still i was done for i knew i was this time he was killing me so much for being his soul mate my mind sniggered at me. I was tired my limbs felt heavy like they were dead weights and my mind was turning fuzzy.

Her heart beat was slowing i could hear it, feel it. Her blood was intoxicating like food to a starving man it tasted of her hunnysuckle and summer. Focus my mind said. I needed it to stop her heart then I would be able to begin my plan. Thud, thud, thud a slowing beat then........... It had stopped. I ripped myself from her neck and in one swift movement tore my wrist open with my teeth forcing the red liquid down her throat, this needed to be done quickly before the next beat of her heart should of happend. I could sense it in her, her body taking my blood, my life source, my little human mate well not human any more. I had a feeling she was not going to be pleased.

I woke in a strange bed in a strange room. I felt.... Odd. Everything was so bright so loud. I couldn't focus or think clearly I heard the door creak open and stared at the man who stood in the door way. "You" i hissed "What have you done to me" I tried to sit up but my body wasn't functioning on the same level as my brain and i couldnt seem to balance i fell back down onto the soft sheets for some reason i wasnt scared i was..... pissed. "Well i can explain" he stated lamely I raised one eyebrow he looked even better now then he did before everything was more defined his cheek bones were more angular his skin pale but smooth No do not think like that we do not find men we are about to murder attractive the little voice in my head said. It was right i was going to kill him! He cleared his throat, I stared at him. "I turned you" I blinked several times until I relised what he meant and then i snapped, my body must of decided it was a good time to start working again coz i flew at him and i mean flew

I tackled him to the floor and punched him in the face he grunted when my fist impacted then threw me off. My back hit the bed and i slumped on the floor "Calm down" he shouted at me holding his hands up palms out in a peace gesture. I was having none of it "CALM DOWN CALM DOWN, no i wont calm down you blood sucking phyco, im going to kill you im gonna pull your teeth out im going to fry you in the sun im gonna shove garlic soooooo far down your thr..." he grabbed me then cutting off my hysterical threat. I scowled at him really scowled trying to break free. "Clam down please, I know your mad" I amped up the trying to break free gig "Look im stronger then you" He replied and proved it by holding me tighter. "I know your freaked" I tried to interrupt but he carried on "I had no choice" then i did get my 2pence in "NO CHOICE" i yelled so loud im surprised the foundations of the house didnt shake. "No you dont understand, your my soul mate" he tried but i was just getting more and more mad I kicked him right between the legs and he crumbled to the floor "You bastard" i spat. "you selfish BASTARD" I said while pulling myself out of his grasp and standing up. He staggered to his feet "LISTEN" he bellowed to me. I stopped and looked at him backing up into a corner, my mind finally connecting the dots in my mind, I had seen this man kill someone, he was a vampire and while my logic screamed that vampires do not exsist the rest of me said that was a big.fat.lie coz he had bit me. Not just bit me but turned me..i think. And he said im his,im his soul mate. Im.So.Fucked.

I sat on the bed the sheets were like silk they were yellow with little sewn on daisys, The bed was soft and comfy. The walls were a light blue and there was 2 pictures on the wall one of a medow filled with buttercups with a big oak tree to one side and one of a forest scene. There was a window with heavy blue curtains pulled across and a door he had walked through. He sat next to me and i felt the bed dip under his weight. He held his left hand out to me "Niko" he said. I looked at his hand then at him I put my hand in his "Nikki". He chuckled at that and withdrew his hand that i was still holding. "Im going to jump right in so please listen" he turned to face me and i moved back abit just abit, what he was intimidating! " Im a vampire Nikki" The way my name rolled of his tounge was intoxicating it was like a gentle carress. "Your my life mate, every vampire has one but not all find them you were made for me you are mine. I turned you" I knew it!! my mind said "Dont scowl at me please i know your mad but im not finished" he took a deep breathe and continued "I turned you" yea saying it again buddy really bravo coz hearing it twice is helping "coz i need you, you are know a vampire well a fledgeing it will take awhile for everything to adjust and any powers, gifts you have to develope. Gifts, powers hmmmmm my mind was getting off track. He sat there looking at me. " I took a deep breathe "Why did you turn me know why not get to know me make up my own mind" you see outside calm inside not so much. "I couldnt take the chance you would deny me" He said bluntly. "I want to go home" I stated and i did i wanted to go home climb in bed and pretend this never happened and if that didnt work cry. this cant be happening why was i just sat on the bed why wasnt i running for my life screaming my head off? Its a dream Your really just in bed and this is a nightmare coz you eat cheese before bed! I was lost in my own thoughts until i heard him
