Jaan?

"Infact tumse toh baat hee nahi karni chahiye", yn said in anger and was about to move but Rii held her hand. She stopped. Her heart skipped a beat.
"Arey jaan suno toh", he said and everybody looked at him with shocking expressions. Yn also turned around with a shocking smile.
"I didn't really mean that. I'm sorry", he exclaimed and yn's smile faded. She pulled her hand from Rii's grip and left with anger.
"Yaar ab maine kya kar diya?", Rii groaned.
"Woh kya hai na Riyaz. Girls don't like when you are unable to express yourself. They want you to accept them in front of everyone", Zoro explained.

After the school hours, Rii was searching for yn everywhere as he didn't see her since a long time. Finally, he found her in the library alone reading a book with deep interest and her spects on. Rii slowly went near her and peeped into the book but he was unable to see the title so he snatched the book from yn's hand while standing behind.
"Meri book", she yelled and turned around. Rii held the book and put his hand in air. Yn was struggling to get the book. She was jumping to catch it but in vain. Rii was much taller than her. She lost balance and was about to fall but Rii held her waist and pulled closer. He leaned forward and this made yn close her eyes.
"You look beautiful in spects", he said and yn then realized that she was wearing spects. She removed her spects with jerk and looked at Rii with an innocent face. She aparted.
"Shades Of Love", Rii read out loud the title of book which yn was reading.
Yn slightly hit her fore head and lowered gaze in embarassment.
"Love? Tum toh pyaar par believe bhi nahi karti thi. Aur ab yeh?", he asked stepping towards yn. Yn was stepping back but stopped as there was no place left.
"Haan ab karti hoon believe", she said with her swag.
"Lagta hai you've already fallen for someone", Rii said rubbing his neck back.
Yn nodded in yes and exclaimed, "Yeah, I do love someone but you know what he isn't like you. Rude and self image obsessed". Yn was angry so, she lied but Rii took it seriously.
"Are you serious?", he asked in a tight voice.
"Very serious", she replied in a tighter voice.
"Who's that unlucky guy?", Rii again asked.
"That's none of your business and now lemme go", yn said and pushed Rii slightly.

"I thought she loves me but whatever she said today... How can she do this to me?", Rii said to himself standing in front of mirror.
"What happened? Is everything alright?", a voice came from back.
"Yeah Mom. Everything is fine", he replied.
"Jab se aaye ho, theek se baat hee nahi kee tumne. Batao mujhe, hua kya hai?", she asked and Rii narrated her the whole yn thing. After listening to Rii, her mom bursted out laughing.
"Mum? Why're you laughing?", Rii asked with a confusing face.
She then explained, "Yn loves you but you're the one who made her feel low. You first said her JAAN in a public place and then back off your words. This actually hurts. She was just angry on you and nothing else". Rii then understood everything.
"Sorry yn. Mujhe girls ke baare mein kuch pata hee nahi hota. But don't worry. Ab dekhna mai kya karta hoon", Rii smiled with these thoughts.

Rii called yn many times but there was no response. The other day in school, yn was passing by the corridor but suddenly someone pulled her inside an empty room.
"Who are you? Leave me", yn yelled and freed herself. She stepped back at a distance and then had a look at the person.
"Rii?", she said confusingly.
Rii nodded.
"Tum mujhe yahan kyu laaye ho?", she asked.
"Kyuki.. "
