"Jay stop! Please stop you're hurting the baby!" I sobbed.

"This is what you get. You're not good enough." Jay continued to kick and punch me in my stomach. I slowly sank to the ground, feeling helpless against Jay's muscular figure.

"Jay please!" I cried, just wanting to protect my unborn child. Jay paused and backed away a few inches.

"Angelica, just shut up. I should just break up with you. You're a useless bitch." he spoke. I whimpered, knowing that he was all I had.

"Jay please, I'm just trying to protect the baby." I whispered.

"Well that's your problem now. Goodbye Angelica." Jay turned around to leave, leaving me alone in the alley. I slid down to my knees, sobbing. They constantly came, racking through me. I couldn't stop. I was getting hysteric. I couldn't see a thing because of the tears in my eyes, and I stopped trying to sniffle the mucus back into my nose. I'm positive that my make-up was ruined, and my hair was tangled. I probably looked as if I'd just gone through the Hunger Games or something. My t-shirt was dirtied and torn from the beating, and Jay had taken back his jacket that he had previously given to me. I shivered, feeling a slight breeze in the air. I wrapped my arms around my torso, desperately wanting body heat. I could hear light footsteps echoing from the sidewalk, and I slowly rose from my knees. I walked out of the alley and peeked at the person who was walking.

"Is someone there?" I questioned, timidly. I heard the footsteps coming closer, quickening.

"Hello?" A male voice said. I walked into his sight, and his eyes widened at the dreadful state I knew I was in.

"Oh my." he gasped. "A-Are you okay?"
