My heart is racing once I see what he's holding its a black shiny object a gun.

(Hayes pov)
He's not gonna hurt Sophia I will risk my life for her I turn to her and give her a soft kiss on the lips and whisper "I love you"

(Sophia's pov)
I watch as everyone starts to scream then Jake shouts "SHUT UP AND GET DOWN"

They do as he says except for me and Hayes.

Then I finally speak up " Jake why are u doing this"

"why am I doing this? You know exactly why. I've been in love with u for a while and if someone's gonna end up dead whether its pretty boy over there or u I don't care I will always be known as your man. " He says

"Jake you were never my man to begin with just stop! Please just put the gun down. "

I slowly walk towards him with my hands up and Hayes behind the crowd slowly watches us. "Just put the gun down" I plead.

"NO JUST SHUT UP DONT COME ANY CLOSER DONT TALK"

"Jake" I said begging

"I said don't talk bitch" as he raises the gun and all of a sudden he pulls the trigger I wait for the pain to come but it doesn't I look up and there's Hayes laying there with a pile of blood gushing out of his stomach Jake drops the gun and runs

"NO NO NO! CALL 911 HAYES DONT LEAVE ME PLEASE DONT LEAVE ME I NEED U YOU CANT LEAVE!"

I'm bawling my heart out right now I feel like I can feel his pain but it's just going through tears I have red stains all over my dress. I can't even think straight I would have never though that he. Jake. Would ever do this to me. I think what should I do what should I do. then I hear a small whimper "Sophia"

" Yes Hayes I'm here what do u need?"

"Sophia I'm dying not gonna make this I need you to know that I love you with all of my heart and I want you to never forget that ever keep the promise ring and I love you so deeply much. " Then for the last time he gave me a passionate kiss and then he stopped moving his eyes rolled back and I could no longer see the blue eyes that I loved just white eyes.

I started hyperventilating and screaming crying finally the ambulance arrived but it didn't matter because I will never get to see that smile again or his laugh again it's all gone. Just gone. They had to take me to the hospital just to make sure I was ok I still had blood all over me from Hayes. They asked me if anything was hurt or broken and I said "my heart" they just gave me a sympathetic look and called nobody because I didn't have anyone to take care of me my parents died in a car accident a long with my brother.

I only have Jazzy and she can barley take care of a cat I guess Nash could help but he would be too pained about the death of his brother to even think about me I'm done.

I can't do it any longer I ran to the top of the hospital roof looked down and waited for me to go to heaven so Hayes and I could be happy.

we can't be happy if ones on earth and ones in heaven so I leaned forward and slowly let the air take me but I kept saying these words

"You love him sooo much that you feel as if u can't go on without him and when he stops his heart beat u do too" and that's exactly what I did I couldn't live with out him. Even though I'm going to heaven I still have to find Hayes and it might never go back to
