"mom can you pass me that" Rei said pointing at the water bottle you nodded and gave it to her, Rei wanted to buy McDonald's really badly so you stopped and bought for the two of you something to eat

you were sitting a the dinner table eating your food while Rei was telling you random stories "mommy" she said standing up "yeah?" "im done eating im going to sleep you're boring you aren't even listening to me" she said throwing her last frie in the air and catching it with her mouth

"you got a big mouth for a little girl ya know that" you chuckled "i wouldn't dare say that to my momma she would've kicked my ass" you laughed while Rei just starred at you with a confused face "what?" you asked "i thought you didn't have a mom" she responded standing there like a lost child

maybe she wasn't that smart

you laughed at her response "everyone has a mom" you said "does that mean i have a grandma? can i meet her?" Rei asked in a happy tone "no" you responded immediately

"why" she said making a sad face "because you don't need to" you said standing up grabbing the trash that was laying on the table "is she dead?" she asked, you threw the trash away and turned around looking towards where your daughter was standing in a white dress with black paintings at the end

she looks like those movie orphans, you thought

"yes,she's 6tf under the ground you have no reason to visit her baby" you said while walking towards her and bowing down so that you could look her in the eyes

you hated and loved those eyes

"oh im sorry mommy you are probably really sad because you don't have a mommy anymore" Rei said with a sad voice looking down

you didn't want to lie to Rei about her grandma, but you couldn't tell a preschooler that her grandma kicked her mother out because she was pregnant with her and that her grandma wanted to abort her, she was a horrible person even before that and did horrible thing as well but you didn't want to tell Rei those things

at least not now, maybe when she's 35 years old maybe then you could be ready to tell your daughter the truth

"it's okay, everyone dies it's just the matter of time plus i spend a lot of time with my mom so i don't miss her that much" you smiled "everyone dies...? does that mean you will die too?" Rei said with tears in her eyes afraid of you abandoning her

maybe you shouldn't have said that to a 5 years old kid

"no no no mommy will not die, im going to tell you a secret but don't tell anyone alright" you said hugging her, "i promise im not going to tell anyone mommy" she said while burring her head on your shoulder

"im immortal, i will never die or leave your side we will always be together alright sweetheart?"you said while grabbing her waist and holding her up in the air, a big smile appeared on Rei's face "yes! always and forever" she happily shouted while throwing her arms in the air

if only things could for real stay like this forever, just the two of your being happy

you joked around for a few more minutes before cleaning up the kitchen and going to brush your teeth so you two could go to bed

"mommy can i pleeaaasseee sleep with you tonight" Rei said hugging her mother's waist "sure" you said while going through her white hair with your hand "yuhu!" she happily said running to your room, you followed her laughing

you two got comfortable on your bed and fall asleep minutes later while cuddling.

the sound of your alarm ringing woke both of you up, "good morning baby" you said kissing Rei's forehead "morning mommy" she responded hugging you tightly, after laying at least other 10 minutes in bed you finally stood up and got ready for work while Rei got ready for school, you put Rei's hair in a ponytail since she wanted one so bad and grabbed something to eat for Rei so she could eat it on our way to school

"Rei go already in the car and here take this croissant and eat it in the car while waiting for me" you said handing over Rei the white little bag with the food in it, she nodded and walked over to the car who wasn't far away

you opened the mail box and saw that there was a letter

you furrowed your eyebrows, why would that college send you a letter? Do they know about Rei? even if they knew about her as if you would let her attend to it, you decided to read it later since you don't have much time right and you didn't care at all

you walked to the car and put the letter on the passenger seat and drove off to Rei's school and then to work.

the day went as usual, it was 2pm, you finished work and went to pick up Rei, "so do you want to do something today?" you asked while driving away "we should go to the mall!" she said "if you want to we can, of course" you responded with a smile.

„mommy look can we buy those balloons pleaseee" Rei begged pointing at the man who was selling different types of balloons "sure but only one"

"wich one do you want baby" you asked looking down at her "the one with Hook from cars!" she said excited "alright, could i please have the one with Hook" you asked the older man "of course but are you sure you don't want something more for uh girls" he smiled

"no thanks, me and my daughter want hook from cars" you said forcefully smiling back "alright" he said handing over the balloon, you paid for it and left

"bro look at that little girl she looks exactly like gojo sensei"

as soon as you heard a male voice say that your heart dropped down to your feet in fear, you were afraid of this day and not prepared, it was a nightmare.
