Foundation Day Pt. 2

The mass ended in a swift. I didn't even noticed the mass ended cause I was spacing out the whole TIME! I didn't mean to pero the pastor was so plain boring, I couldn't help it. Hindi rin ako napagalitan so I'm guessing even Gilbert fell asleep... Promiise hindi ko talaga sinasadya.. Nilabanan ko talaga pero natalo ako.

And now we're waiting for him to unlock the classroom door. We have it locked kasi para iwas nakaw. It's better to be safe, than sorry diba?

While we were waiting, I got the chance to look around the other section's work.. Krizza was still with the Coro Benedito so I was left alone again with Noah. Noah was in front of me, goofing around with his friends kaya inanlyze ko nalang yung gawa ng other sections. 

Integrity, Mia and Rie's section really had a galaxy theme like I thought. The galaxy was messy and organize at the same time, like every splatter was calculated to match the adjacent and corresponding colors so the colors weren't clumped to one area. The painting was beautifully made.. but what gave their paint that MAGICAL touch is that, it was a lenticular painting. By Lenticular Paintings are paintings that moves when you make movement from left to right, like a lenticular printing.. the type na pag kinuskos mo, ang sakit sa tenga.

Tranquility, Pria's section, had a floral design of sort. Theirs had a floral frame and sa gitna also had a flower that slowly grows. When you look closely, you'll see the petals of the flower blooming in the middle were actually words! You wouldn't notice if you won't look at it closely.

Independence, Zach and Adney's section had.. an abstract painting and it was beautiful! Honestly ang ganda. I don't know why Zach and Krizza said it was ugly when it was beautiful! It was a woman splattered with paint. It looked completely out of theme, totoo.. but when you look closely, like Tranquility's section, the paint were words.. and even if you don't notice the words.. you'll soon realize the meaning of the painting.

The hardships build a woman.. well human in general.

"Ang ganda naman pala eh." Noah suddenly said beside me.  Nakatingin din pala siya.

"Wala silang artists' mind." I whispered. 

"I think they'll win 3rd place, maybe even second. Pero mukang fourth pa nga kela Pria." I glanced back at Pria's section. "Maganda naman kasi, but it's boring."

"You think?" He nodded in reply. He was also looking at Pria's section.. tumatabingi pa yung ulo, trying to analyze the work. He then nodded again.

"Unlike kasi satin and kela Mia, may twist yung atin." He said as he glanced at our work. Constellations. "And kela Zach na may deep meaning, sakanila wala." 

"Sabagay." As we talked, Gilbert walked in the space between us and went to unlock the door. Nagsipasok naman kami to feel the cold aircon. I'll miss this aircon. 

Angel went ahead to step on a chair to get everyone's attention. "Guys! Pagkatapos niyong magpalit, balik tayo dito for picture taking!" She smiled before going off to change her clothes. Sumunod naman ang iba after getting their own things.
