Chapter 2

Megans POV:

I had finished my little visit to Cali and went back to see how Maddie was doing. What I can't wrap my head around is the fact that I just met Colby Brock, my idol, someone I had looked up to, the one that got me started in exploring and going to abandon places. Luckly, I've never been caught. I laughed at that thought and walked into our apartment. 

Megan: "MADDIE IM HOME!"

Maddie: "Damn, about time. Its been like three hours!"

Has it really been that long?! I know I wasn't out that- crap I was! 

Megan: "I'm so sorry, I got caught up in the view and how amazing it was and then I ran into Colby and Sam-"

Maddie: "Wait wait wait, your telling me, that you, Megan, ran into the Sam and Colby and didn't call to tell me????"

Megan: "I, uh, yeah. I was going to but I forgot and lost track of time and, yeah."

She looked hella upset. I mean, I can message Colby like he said to but I don't wanna seem too pushy, or anxious. 

Megan: "Maddie, I am able to message him by the way, so like we al could meet up for lunch or dinner?"

She screamed in the most high pitched scream ever not thinking about my ears. 

Maddie: " OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG PLEASE MEGAN PLEASE!!!"

I laughed and sent Colby a message. 

"Hey Colby! It's Megan. I figured I'd go ahead and message you, I didn't wanna seem too pushy haha, but Hey!"

*sent*

*delivered*

Now we wait. I don't know how long it'll take but I bet he has a lot-

*New Message from Colby Brock*

Well uh, that was quick.

"Hey Megs! Glad to hear from you already haha. What's up?"

Why am I in shock that he replied that quickly. I don't even know how to form a sentence right now. I'm like um uh. 

Maddie: " You gonna respond or?"

She grabbed me back to reality scarring the crap out of me. 

Megan: " Right yes, um, I just, I don't know what to say"

Maddie: " here, let me."

Maddie took my phone and texted him back. I have no idea what she said cause she never handed my phone back to me. She just ran off with it. 

Maddie: "He'll be over here in 10"

10 MINUTES???

Megan: "MADDIE I DON'T EVEN LOOK DECENT!!"

Maddie:" If you didn't look decent when you ran into him why do you have to look decent now? Did he say anything on how you dressed? I mean you dress just like him! Rings, hair, shirts, shoes, PANTS! Go put on his hoodie and sweats. I'm sure he'll enjoy that"

She winks at me and goes back to her room. What if she's right, what if just what if, we become amazing friends, go on adventures together, go to abandon places, explore random parks. Just What If?
