Redemption (Romesse story) MCSM

Part 1.

Romeo's POV:

I woke up to the sun glistening and burning my eyes as I felt warmth from something next to me. I looked to the left to see a figure, she had beautiful dark brown hair and noticeable freckles dotted onto her cheeks. Jesse. I had forgotten that she let me sleep in her bed after she rescued me from the deteriorating Terminal Zone.

I quivered at the thought. Though Jesse is cute...WAIT WHAT?!? No she isnt...okay, maybe she is but I won't tell her that.

You see, I put her through all of that torture because I wanted her to fall for me. That's why I even cared for her in the first place....

I felt movement and snapped out of my thoughts. She turned to look at me and smiled. "Good morning, Romeo. Did you sleep well?"
"Morning. And uh..yes I slept..."
I'm still not sure how to talk to people, especially people like Jesse. I'm constantly worried that I'll say something and it will hurt her...
