I saw his face I dropped my umbrella and ran towards him hugging him tight his stuff fell to the floor and his warm arms pulled me closer oh how I missed this "oh darling your home!" I yelled pulling him into a deep kiss it had been three months sense we last saw each other we stood in the rain in the driveway embracing each other I let go of him looking up at his face I noticed he grew a small beard "oh darling let's go inside" I grabbed him by the wrist and ran inside with him the dim light lighting up his face made smile "I've missed you so much Remus" I embraced him again
We go to clean him up and laid in bed I stroked his hair while reading a book he got me "I love you darling I hope you know how much I've missed you" he whispered in my ear "I missed you too"
Y/n looked him in the eyes as joy lit her face up running through the great hall slinging her arms around his neck "we're free!" She yelled in joy as rain poured outside of the castle kissing him quickly letting go of him she skipped towards the door gesturing for him to go with her she smiled as she screamed with her arms out "WHOOOOOO WHOO!" She screamed "come on rem let it all out" she stopped looking at her love he grabbed her by the hips picking her up kissing her passionately
Remus sat down next to y/n as she stared in the distance "hold this for a second" Remus bent down to tie his shoe sighing y/n felt the box leave her hands looking at Remus he had a ring in his hands "y/f/n you beautiful woman will you marry me?" He asked as tears filled her eyes "YES! Oh god yes!" He slid the ring on her finger "I love you"
Remus stood waiting that's all everyone else did wait then music started playing as his beautiful soon to be wife walked down the aisle "you look absolutely stunning"
Sitting on the couch she smiled as Remus sat tea on the coffee table "so what did you want to tell me" he asked while pouring the tea "I'm pregnant" she mumbled "what did You say?" He asked "your a father!" He stopped as the tea pot fell from his hands "REALLY!" He screamed pulling his wife into a hug "dear your crushing my bones" she gasped as he let go pulling her into a kiss
She sat in the hospital bed as Remus played with his fingers as a doctor came in "your baby Mrs lupin" handing her a little baby girl she smiled "what's her name gonna be" they asked y/n looked at Remus "Marlene Lilly lupin" she stated
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARLENE!" Remus and y/n yelled as they picked the one year old from her crib spinning around y/n cheered "happy birthday dearest" Carrying the baby to the living room putting her on the ground she turned to grab her wand to make a cake "Y/N! Look!" Remus yelled she quickly turned to see Marlene struggling to walk "come on you can do it come on baby" as she said that Marlene waddled over to her mother "YAY! I'm so proud of you!" The little child giggled and burped
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!"a small voice said "thank you my little trouble maker now what's for breakfast dear"
"MOMMY MOMMY DADDY LOOK WHAT CAME IN THE MAIL!" Marlene came running into her parents room as her mother was playing with her earrings "what is it dear!" She asked "I'm going to be a witch!" She smiled as she handed her mother the letter "REMUS YOUR DAUGHTER HAS SOMETHING TO SHOW YOU!" Y/n yelled
"Mum" Marlene looked down at her feet as tears slipped her eyes as they stood at the fire place about to go to the platform for her last year "what's wrong dear?" Remus bent down on one knee "I'm pr-pregnant" the adults when quiet as they quickly hugged their daughter "yay! Remus I told you we'd be grandparents one day!" Y/n exclaimed as a relived look spread on Marlene's face
Y/n danced around the living room while singing "staying alive staying alive hahahaha staying aliveeee" she sung Remus himself started dancing too
As rain poured down y/n placed her book on the table she looked remus in the eyes "I fell to hard for you rem" chuckling he agreed "indeed you did l/n" smiling he took her hand she stood up smiling they danced to a slow song "I love you my dear" the moment he said that all the memories flashed through her mind "I love you to rem"
