This is a reader insert of a DND campaign I will be running I quite enjoy the theme I'm going for. I'm also probably gonna end up doing a book of our sessions because I love my players.

You never know what to expect when it comes to your caravan. Some may be good other evil, its hard to tell especially with this crew. You had a warlock, a rouge, a bard, a barbarian, and a paladin. But then there's you, a druid you know what you have to do but the bard and paladin seem to have other plans. They never seem to agree when you want to take down the old demon that is trying to rule the world.

"Arthur, why do you always never gave enough mana to complete your spells don't you think its a waste of time?" Alfred sighed dropping his axe at the camp site.

"Its because he doesn't have beautiful looks like mawh" Francis winked and flipped his hair sitting on a stone with a lute on his left hip.

"Shut it you frog I may not be able to drink and get girls like you but I have one thing thats even better. I have a spell that can detect magic and Danger!" Arthur started to laugh as he grabbed his staff. You and Matthew watched while Antonio took off his armor.

"You know amigos that fighting isn't a good idea at night, you never know when Rediagre could appear, you shoulf get a long rest and well travel again in the morning Sí?" He flashed a smile.

Matthew nodded, he was always so quiet it was hard to read him, Francis and Antonio as well. Something was off about them; lately when your caravan rested their energy restores, however lately it hasn't been. You wish you could stay up long enough to see what everyone has been up to.

"Y/n love is something wrong?" Arthur piped up as you where just blankly staring.

"Yeah, I just can't shake the feeling weve been losing energy and power from a source we're carrying" you rubbed your head before yawning.

"You should get some some rest I think it will be a good idea for you" Matthew patted your back motioning to a hammock he set up for you.

The other little a fire and cooked their rations chatting whilr you lied awake looking up to the stars for an answer. There had to be a way to kill the demon once and for all, but in your heart you knew a few people where going to betray you and your caravan will fail in bringing world peace and nothing will ever be the same.
