"Please" He pleaded and I just look at him incredulously, he needs to understand that we're not in a relationship anymore. But you kissed him when you weren't in a relationship my innerself mocked and I internally rolled my eyes.

"Say something Princess." He kept his warm hands on mines, I gave him I can't do it look, he sighed .

"Okay, but you can kiss me as a friend on my cheeks. " He said while pointing his finger on his cheeks, I smiled and kept my hands on his shoulder and looked into his gorgeous sea- green eyes, looking at them sends alien sensations in my stomach.

If , I were to define his looks he really resembles, Superman a lot his masculine jaw , black hairs and a chin dimple, back in highschool he used to have that Superman curl, but now his hairs are short not too short but acceptable for any lady and today he's wearing a navy blue suit with a white shirt, which made him look even more handsome than he's normally.

I closed my eyes because of his penetrative gaze and left a kiss on his cheeks, "Well that was quick." He smiled showcasing his dimples and then we both got lost into eachother's eyes.

"Sally!" It's when , I heard my Lily's voice, breaking our gazes, I distanced myself from Emerson, and ran towards my little lady and hugged her, I missed her a lot.

We ended our hug and it's when she looked towards Emerson, and by the look on her face , I could tell that she recognised him because she occasionally visited Gina's house and her house is filled with photos of everyone she considers as her family.

Smile make a way towards Lily's face, "Uncle Emerson right?" She asked and Emerson was first shocked but the he smiled and nodded, "You and Sally patched up."

How does she know, I wonder and Emerson gave me You told her look, I shooked my head saying no. 

"Grandmom Gina told me." Lily said as she found me and him confused, to which Emerson rolled his eyes and I let out a sigh.

But wait "Where's my little man?Hope he isn't inviting troubles for me." I asked Lily and she rolled her eyes "Sally he isn't little anymore."

"Whatever but where's he?" I asked, to which, Lily looked at the ground and it's when I realised that something is wrong.

"Where's your brother Sweetheart?" I found Emerson asking while talking, Lily's little hand and leaving a kiss on her knuckles, instantly Lily melted and her face turned red.Although, I shouldn't be jealous but god knows why , I am , this man's charms can melt the girl of any age.

"A..Actually he fought with a boy saying that his par..ents died in a accid..ent, after Sally's marriage she'll also leave us."

"So, I told him to beat him." She told all this in such an innocent way that , I found tears in my eyes.

I bent down and hugged her and "What made you believe that, I'll leave you for that devil monster."I said there nickname for Ethan is devil monster.

"Your prayers worked Lily, one angel saved me from marrying him." I said referring to the kidnapper maybe he's an angel.

"Really?" Lily asked while ending our hug in excitement , I nodded and then I realise that Emerson is also with us and was looking at both of us with some unfathomable emotion.

I got up "Where's Peter?" I asked , "He's in garden, he told me if Sally come here ask her to choose between him or devil monster ."
I couldn't help but chuckle and found Emerson also smiling.

"Okay, call him here, and tell him that he'd never have to see devil monster's face again." Lily nodded   and ran towards the direction of the garden.

"They're too mature than there age." I found Emerson speaking, I looked in his direction and smiled.

"I missed everything because of my childishness. " He said and I found wetness under his eyes.

"You know, Sally today when , I saw Lily, I remembered Laura." And it was when he shocked me by hugging me, I know he's crying as he hide his face under the crook of my neck.

"Thank you, for taking care of them." I rubbed his back , "Emerson, kids will see her like this, we've to handle Peter first." He ended our hug "And to hint you he's overprotective like my brother. "

He ended our hug and soon , Lily came back with her brother, "I'm sorry, Sally." I found him saying and he didn't said sorry himself his sister told him to do so.

"Hello Emerson! I'm Peter." He extended his hand like a gentleman and I couldn't help but suppress my laughter.

"Pleasure to met you young man." Emerson shook his hands with him.

"Gina, grandmom told me a lot about you and Sally. " he confessed and we both looked at eachother , Gina told our life experience as a story to them.

"Sally, thank you for saving me from that devil monster, I couldn't have tolerated him ." He again spoke "Now Pet, just destroy the list you've prepared to hurt that monster. " Lily said and it's when , I realised that, they both really hate Ethan a lot and nothing we've stayed the same between us after that marriage plus everything happens for a reason, I thanked god for not letting the marriage happen.

"Now let's leave,your grandparents would've been waiting for you both eagerly. " I said.

"Emerson, I am going to grab their bags till then you can help them in settling down in car." I deliberately left three of them alone , to get them know eachother till then, I should say thank you and sorry to the camp in charge and the kid who fought with Peter.

After doing my task , I went towards the direction in which Emerson's car was parked, finding  the sound of chuckles of three of the people that matter to me the most in life, and I internally felt happy and relieved that they liked Emerson.

"Sally are you eavesdropping our conversation. " I found Lily speaking, hearing her Emerson came out of the car and grabbed the bags from me.

"Thank you" we both said in a unison manner, and smiled looking into eachother's eyes.

Those eyes does weird things to me, "Sally! Will you keep standing there. " Once again Lily spoke and we both chuckled looking at eachother, "She just like Laura." I found Emerson saying.

It's when I realised that these two kids are the gift from our siblings to make both of us realise that we're made for eachother.

"Sally you're also thinking what I am thinking?"
