Finding You

Chapter 4

The rest of that day passed smoothly, Emma & Henry had gone out to the beach and Henry got a new teddy bear. 

Snow & Charming had a relaxed day, they didn't leave the palace, Snow didn't feel like doing much. The next week her baby girl would turn 19. Of course she still wholeheartedly believed that they would find Emma, but she could not believe that even though they would find her she had missed 19 years. But she promised herself that they wouldn't miss it all, they would find her, and they would still have plenty of time to make memories. 

Today, the king and queen were going for a walk through the village, they did it every once in and while just to give some waves to the people. It always lifted people's spirits to see them, and it lifted Snow & Charmings too. 

The Village 

By the time the clock struck 12:00 everyone in the village knew that Queen Snow White & King David would be coming through for a walk. This happened often enough but usually on holidays, and Emma was more content to sit and cuddle with Henry during the holidays than to go out. 

But today wasn't a holiday, and Emma and Henry were both bored. When Henry seemed as if he had gotten tired of his toy train and Emma's enthusiastic 'Toot Toot!!' sound effects Emma asked Henry. '

Do you know who the King & Queen are, little one?' she asked. Henry narrowed his eyebrows 

"Nuh uh', Emma smiled. 'Do you wanna know?' she asked, kindly. Henry nodded. 

"The king & queen's names are Snow White and David. They make rules,' she stopped and giggled at Henry's face, he looked as if he were angry with Snow & Charming for making all the rules. 

'-but only good rules, don't worry.' she smiled, so did Henry. 'They live in the castle' 

'The big one?'Henry asked, wide-eyed. 'Yup!' Emma said, pretending that she was as excited as Henry about this news,

'And they're very nice. Today, they're going for a walk through town, do you want to see them Henry?' she asked. He nodded eagerly. She smiled, again. 

They got ready for the day and headed out to the street. 

Everyone was outside on the edges of the dirt road, from 1 year old to 90, they were all there. It wasn't a huge deal, really, but it was fun, and Snow and Charming tried their very best to give everyone they saw a smile or a wave.
