Sunako POV:
"I'm Ichika Kimura, and my quirk is called Blossom. I'm also Sunako's younger twin." Those words made my blood boil. I've heard them so many times, and I've been treated poorly, or differently, because of it. On rare occasions, I've been treated better because of it, but my point still stands. I'm defined by my sisters words.
"No, we're not." As I walked away from everyone, I felt horrible. I wouldn't have felt bad at all if it wasn't for that sad look in Ichika's eyes. I hated that look. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have cared at all what the other girls thought.
When I walked outside, only two boys were outside, one with yellow hair and a black streak running through it, and the hetrochromatic boy from earlier. The yellow haired boy immediately started talking. "Hey! A girl as pretty as you should compliment her cute face with a smile!" he said. I tried to move around him without saying anything, but I couldn't. It was very annoying, actually. Just as I was about to cloud his eye's with darkness, I heard someone else speak up. "Stop. Can't you see she doesn't want to talk to you?" I looked up and saw the boy from earlier, Todoroki, I think. "Alright man, chill out." the blonde said with his hands up. I walked over to Todoroki, knowing he wasn't going to force me to talk. I really like that about him. In fact, I think he's actually really hot too. "Thank you" I said quietly, and he simply nodded.

After everyone made it to ground beta, I noticed that Ichika was surrounded by a group of girls. The blond boy from earlier was flirting with her, and it seemed like she liked it. Typical. I sighed, and turned to the homeroom teacher, Mr. Aizawa.
" A QUIRK APPREHENSION TEST?!" the class yelled. I was slightly shocked, but it didn't seem like it was out of the ordinary. This is UA high after all, it's not going to be easy. Mr. Aizawa explained what was going to happen, which I listened carefully to. It was pretty much the same as those horrible tests they made us do in elementary school, but we were allowed to use our quirks this time. I knew this was going to be super easy, espicially if I could use my quirk. I zoned out while an angry ash blonde was throwing a soft-ball. I was having a flashback.
Start of flashback:
"Stupid girl! This will be good for you in the long run you know!" my father, the pro hero Intellect, screamed at me. I was only 8 years old. "Y-y-yes father." I stuttered back, continuing to clean the floor. As I did, salty tears poured from my eyes. I couldn't take it. The training. The chores. The abuse. It wasn't fair! Ichika never had this happen to her. She was simply deemed useless.
End Of Flashback
As I remembered this, my hands clenched into fists and turned white. I snapped out of it as soon as he began to start the first event, the 50-meter dash.
Ichika POV:
I was talking to my new friends, Mina, Hakagure, Ochako, and Kaminari, when Mr.Aizawa announced that the first event would be the 50 meter dash. My quirk couldn't help me in this one. Oh well, I'm sure there are other things I can do. I was up first, against Iida, and Kirishima. I ended up with 6.28 seconds, which wasn't too bad, even if I did score last.
The next race was Asui, Aoyama, and Sunako. Just looking at her hurt me, after what she did in the locker room. I'd confront her about that later. For now, I just concentrated on the race. Growing up with Sunako, I was confident that she would win. Her quirk, Light and Darkness, meant she could travel at the speed of light. She ended up with a score of 0.3 seconds. "WOAH!" The class was freaking out over her and her quirk. It was bothersome, yes, but it was no big deal. She never got much attention, might as well give her this.
The second event was the grip strength test. Once again, my quirk wasn't helpful, and Shoji ended up with an insane score of 504 kilograms, which I was sure to congratulate him on.
The third event was the standing long jump. Now, this is one I can use my quirk for. I simply ran back, jumped forward, and called a vine up from the earth to carry me from one side of the sand pit to the other. Instead of giving me a score, the sleepy teacher simply scored me infinity. I was beaming when Mina, Kaminari, and they're friend. Kirishima, congratulated me.
Sunako POV:
The event I was supposed to do next was the fourth one, repeated side steps. I knew I wasn't going to have much of a problem with this one, because of my light quirk. I mustered up the energy, and went back and forth as many times as I could before time ran out. I had actually come up with a different plan, but I didn't want to go to slow, because this short, perverted kid had been commenting about another girl's boobs, and I really didn't need that on my first day here. I ended up with 320,000 steps or so, which was not bad at all. Everyone was freaking out again, and although I liked the attention, I simply went back to my spot beside Todoroki.
There were a lot of students who really stood out, and I eneded up with second place to a girl named Momo Yaoyorzu. I was satisified, but I knew my father and mother wouldn't be. 'I expect more from the daughter of Intellect", blah blah blah. Typical dad shit.
As I was walking home, I realized that I actually did care about Todoroki. His quiet mannerisms were intruging, he was very smart, and he was pretty handsome as well, to be honest. I sighed. I know I'm probably just a backseat to Ichika for him, but every part of me was hoping that wasn't true.
Merry Christmas my lovely readers! :)
