i suddenly start running towards the screaming when normally i would run the opposite way. After about 2 minutes of running I'm in counted with 2 bloody bodies and an unconscious girl. I pick up the girl and grab the mans hand so I can drag him, I run back to my cabin as fast as I possibly can with all the extra weight. When I get back to my place I put the girl on the bed and the guy on the bench. I grab a cloth, water and some bandages just in case, after a couple of minutes I have cleaned up the man and I have started on the girl. I check her pulse to make sure she's breathing and luckily she is, 'guess I got there in time', I clean her up and make sure is ok and then I decide to go to bed.

I suddenly wake up to a high pitch squeal i quickly run out to the kitchen to see the girl under the table covering her eyes. I walk over to her as calmly as I can and without thinking I just give her a hug, within a second she is hugging me back. She asks what's going on, why the strange man is on the bench and why she is in a random house, i explain everything and tell her my name is Ash then ask for her name, age and if she knew the man also why she was in the middle of the woods at night. ''My name is Ashley and I'm 14, the man's name is John and he was trying to hurt me'' I am i little shocked but then realised i brought him into my home. I quickly ask her if she knew why he was all bloody, her eyes widen then close, ''I-I stabbed h-him'' she said it so quietly I only just heard her but then i think back to when I was wiping his clothes.. I didn't notice any injuries, 'where' i jolt my head up towards the male, i stand and begin checking his clothes to see if i can find a rip, after a little bit i find a small tear near his left pocket in his jacket...close to where his heart would be...i run over to him and look at his chest "How could i have missed that" i start to panic but then i think 'he has been here for 2 days with a stab wound near or on his heart.. he's dead' i turn to Ashley "he's dead" i then stare into her eyes just trying to unpack the expression on her face, then she speaks ''i know'' she speaks quietly but i end up figuring out what she said. I tell her to go to bed because it's getting late and i think it's a good idea i get some sleep as well.

(she slept all day, thats y it went from going to bed to waking up to instantly going back to bed)

'what the fuck did john do to that poor girl. Like she is 14! She has barely lived a proper life and then with the frickin war going on in our city it would have been pretty bad and for crying out loud where are her bloody parents!' all the thoughts rushing through my head mading it very hard for me to sleep so i decided to make coffee instead. I go to the kitchen and check the time, it reads '2:21AM' "jesus christ" i make some coffee and sit on the floor. When im finished my beverage i zone out and end up falling asleep, after what seems like 15 seconds im woken up by someone tickling my feet. i jump up laughing my head of, once i catch my breath i question the time but at the same time i dont really care, turns out it's 2pm. 'hm' "You know what would be really fun, a hunt" Ashley's smiles grows brighter then the sun and she runs off to grab a knife and her coat, when she comes back she barely stops but still doesnt fail to grab my wrist and pull me out the door with her. We return after about an hour of hunting with 2 wolves and about 11 rabbits "NICE ONE" i yell ''thx!!'' she yells back 'wow..i've never heard her yell before, must be happy' i smirk at my thought, we decide to have rabbit for dinner, i cook while she rests.
