As the bailiff done speaking the judge is the one who speaking now "Members of the jury, your duty today will be to determine whether the defendant is guilty ornot guilty based only on facts and evidence provided in this case. The prosecution must prove that acrime was committed and that the defendant is the person who committed the crime. However, ifyou are not satisfied of the defendant's guilt to that extent, then reasonable doubt exists and thedefendant must be found not guilty. Mr.Lee, what istoday's case?"

Once you decide what factsthe evidence proves, you must then apply The Law as I give it to you to the facts as you find them" the judge said "In just a moment, the bailiff will take you to the jury room to consider your verdict. One of thefirst things you will want to do is to select a foreperson. It will be the foreperson's duty to sign theverdict form when you have agreed on a verdict. Whatever verdict you render must be unanimouswhich means that each and every person must agree on the same verdict. The Bailiff will now escortyou to the deliberation room" the judge add.

"Have you reached a verdict?" the judge ask " We have your honor"The jury foreperson replied.
"What say you?"the judge ask.
" We the jury, in the case of Youth Crime, findthe defendant not guilty of the charge of a accusing of hurting a minor" the jury foreperson said.
