"You figured out what you doing for Skylar's birthday" Tai'Sani said over the phone as she walked around the house, picking up clothes. "Girl these kids be leaving shit everywhere it make no sense" I chuckled and looked at my kids who were watching t.v.

"I'm doing a big get together it's going to be candy land themed and I'm going to invite her little friends from daycare" Skylar's birthday was in a week and everything was already planned and in motion. We paid a good amount of money for this it was either go big or go home. "What my niece and nephew doing" Tai'Sani had another baby, Jerrell Jr. and he's two years old. Kylies seven and she definitely has her own personality.

"Chile they stupid ass daddy just came and took them to go see they grandma" Tai'Sani rolled her eyes. "That lady always got something to say oh 'why you got her hair like this she only seven' oh 'why Jr. dressed like a thug' woot da woot like hoe these are my kids! And if I wanna put braids in my baby head I can do that and if I want my son with a fucking chain on his neck I can do that! These my fucking babies I pushed them motherfuckers out" I shook my head and picked Zion up off the floor since he had fell asleep.

"Mommy can I get a yogurt" Skylar asked and I nodded my head. "Yess" I heard her say, making me laugh.

"Jerrell still ain't put his momma in check.. why she always meddling into what y'all do with y'all kids I don't understand but that ain't none of my business" I shook my head and tucked Zion in bed before kissing him on the head. Walking into my room I got into my bed and laid down comfortably, pulling the covers over my body.

"Exactly!! I'm so sick of him and his mammy she act like she wanna be the one fucking him" I laughed. "Girl for real she be doing the most for no reason anyways, you talked to Mariah" I rolled my eyes and picked up the remote, changing the channel.

"I haven't talked to her since we fought why, what happened"

"I had ran into her when I was out at the store and she look so different.. she got skinner and she got a new girlfriend you know ever since her and diamond broke up she been acting weird" Tai'Sani sighed. She missed all of them being together and she wished Mariah would get from under her girlfriends ass and get back to her old self.

"That's exactly why we got into it like how you gon get mad at me because I'm trying to tell you I seen yo so called bitch with another hoe.. I don't understand, and then gon hit me cause I called you a dumb bitch like what possessed you" I scrunched up my face, thinking about the situation all over again and it was making me mad. Mariah's my bestfriend I knew her before I knew Tai'Sani and we were more close than me and Mariah. That shit blew me.

"Maybe y'all should just talk and fix the issue"

"Tai'Sani I don't have no issue with her she got an issue with me and I don't know why because we fought plenty of times and made up afterwards I'm not understanding what's different this time but I'm not kissing nobody ass and that's on my kids" I took the phone from my ear hearing the front door open and close. "Imma call you back let me see who at this door, I love you"

"I love you too" we hung up and I got out of the bed and walked into the living room area to see ice putting Skylar back down to her feet. He looked at me and smiled. I sized him up and down seeing him in his work uniform. I scoffed and went into the kitchen to start cooking some food. He walked behind me and wrapped his arm around my waist, stuffing his face into my neck.

"You—you make my heart go boom" he started to sing in his regular voice, making me smile a little bit. "Oh baby it's the look in your eyes that makes you the prize I wish we were together, right now" he kissed my neck and rubbed around my flat stomach.

"You trying to get back on my good side" I asked with a raised brow, reaching over the sink to get the dish soap.

"Yea" I smiled and shook my head as he stepped back and started walking towards the room. "Where Zion at" Skylar's giggled loudly as ice picked her up and started tickling her.

"He's sleep" I smiled, watching ice play with our daughter. "Ice stop making her yell my son in there sleep y'all gon wake my damn baby up" Ice lowered himself to Skylar's level and slowly creeped towards her as she slowly backed up with her hands in front of her.

"Okay daddy we can talk about this" I laughed. Skylar was a complete goof ball. "We can t-ahhhhh!" She sprinted as ice ran towards her.

"Sorry bae!" He yelled and I heard Zion whining from his room causing me to blow a breath and shake my head.

"This exactly why I told them stop yelling"
