Assignment

Jimin’s POV

I'm doomed.

"Babe?" Jungkook's presence by my side made me look up to the male who just finished his shower.

"Kookie..." pouting and feeling my eyes teared up at the gentle voice he used, Jungkook realized something was wrong immediately.

He turned my chair away from the laptop on my desk, and kneeled down in front of me, wiping the tears from falling down.

"Hey, what's wrong?" his voice was so soothing, and I felt like crying even more.

"I still have half of my assignments unfinished and I have to submit them tomorrow," sobbing the problem out, Jungkook cupped my cheeks and gave me a soft forehead kiss before he kissed both my cheeks, not caring about the tears that had wet them.

"By what time?" he asked, and I bit my bottom lip, glancing to the mess on my desk but not for long.

Jungkook turned my head gently to face him instead, and I breathed in and out, giving him the answer.

"Three in the afternoon,"

"There's still a lot of time. I'll help you with it tomorrow. For now, let's stop," he said, standing up and tried to close my laptop, and I hugged his forearm to my chest, preventing him from doing it.

"But there's still a lot," looking up to this handsome boyfriend of mine, he smiled lovingly and bended down to kiss my hair crown.

"No, baby. It's only going to stress you even more if you continue to do this tonight. I'll cuddle you to sleep, and I promise that I'll wake you up early tomorrow. Don't you trust me?" he asked, his thumb caressing my cheek, and I nodded without hesitant.

"I trust you," staring right into his eyes, Jungkook smiled wider and spread his arms, inviting me into his warm embrace.

Stretching my arms and wrapped them around his neck, Jungkook lifted me easily off my studying chair, and carried me to our bed to rest for the night.
