Chapter 4

Jisoo leave her apartment and go out to get some fresh air. She brought her bike and stroll around the Han River which is her favorite spot whenever she felt stuffocated. She stopped at her regular place and placed bike near a tree. She walks to the rail and lean on it, breathe in the fresh air that brushing against her pointed nose. Jisoo wanted to scream, to shout, people around her keep telling her that she will move on someday, but she doesn't know will that day come or not because she knew she had been stuck in the same spot where she put herself in 7 years ago.

Moving on seems harder to do when the one that you love moves faster than you.

When you experience loss, people say you'll move through the 5 stages of grief....Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance..... What they don't tell you is that you'll cycle through them all every day. It's painful, loving someone from afar. Watching them – from the outside. The once familiar elements of their life reduced to nothing more than occasional mentions in conversations and faces changing in photographs.....They exist to you now as nothing more than living proof that something can still hurt you ... with no contact at all.

But jisoo is happy because at least she know that jennie is in somewhere safe right now, even if she couldn't be the one who take a good of her. All she ever ask for is Jennie happiness and her lovely smile. Jisoo always checking on jennie through surfing on internet because she is famous now, but to jennie , Jisoo maybe just a blurred memories which she barely remember.

" Chu! Come here" Jennie called.

" Look at that shop, let's go there" Jennie looked so excited.

" Why—" Before jisoo could asked any question, she get dragged by jennie.

Jennie look like she is in her heaven, she pick up a few couple ring and show it to jisoo.

" Why would you look at that jen, it's so silly " Jisoo said.

" shhhh! It's not silly, I will pick our promise ring, you stay quiet." Jennie shush.

Jisoo cross her arms pretend to look annoyed but she secretly smile like a fool behind jennie's back.

" Can you engrave it into words too?" Jennie asked the shop owner.

" Yeah! Anything you want Miss. "

" Ummm! Jennie.. Jisoo. JJ.... JJ4EVA. Let's make it JJ4EVA " Jennie grinned showing her gummy smile.

Meanwhile jisoo keep looking at the younger girl smiling from ear to ear.

Once the owner done with their engrave ring. She brought it to jennie to show her.

" PERFECT!! " She turn to jisoo and wave her hand.

Jisoo went closer to have a look and smile. Cute she thought to herself.

" Give me your hand" Jennie command.

" Nope! Why would I ?" " Jisoo playfully retrieve her hand from jennie.

" C'mon chu!!"

Jennie whine stomping her feet, but jisoo keep shook her head.

" What does it take for you to give me your hand?" Jennie glare.

" Marriage(?) " Jisoo tilted her head.

" Okay! " Jennie said.

Jisoo freeze at her spot.
