They really needed to find jasper. With the wound that Clarke described he should be clinging to life if he wasn't dead already.
Callus was doodling in his roughed up notebook as Clarke and bellamy were arguing about finding jasper. Octavia sat next to callus, her leg didn't stop her from wanting to find jasper. But bellamy told her no. Which got octavia upset.
Callus was slowly getting irritated with their bickering.
Finn chose bellamys side and made Clarke even more upset.
Callus kneeled doqnn infront of Octavia, "I know your angry, I get it. But it would be much better if you stayed here with Monty. No one wants you to get hurt."
"But jasper saved me- I have to return the favor!"
"Not with that leg- he will be much happier with you safe. Please stay here?" Callus asked her.
Octavia nodded, "Okay.."
Wells wanted to come but Clarke denied his request. The ticked callus off.
"Why cant Wells come? Strength in numbers and all that sh>t." He said to Clarke.
Clarke glared at callus a bit but sighed, "Fine your right."
Callus nodded, "Hey Johnny boy! You wanna join the rescue squad?"
Murphey shrugged, "sure."
"Jasper is basically dead- you said he was struck in the chest by a huge spear." Bellamy spoke out.
"Hey freckles- are you scared of the grounders?" Callus asked without meeting bellamys eyes. Clarke smirked a little raising a brow at bellamy. Octavia looked at callus as if he had a death wish.
"Excuse me?" Bellamy looked at callus.
"Your excused..?"
"No, dumb!ss what did you just say." The freckled boy rolled his eyes.
Callus still didn't look at bellamy, and continued drawing- which p>ssed blake off even more.
"Oh.. I asked if you are afraid of the grounders?" He finally met Blake's eyes.
Bellamy didn't respond so callus continued, "I mean- you seem very against going to find jasper.. Plus-" he spoke a little louder for others to hear, "What would your loyal followers think? About you being too afraid to save a kid like themselves."
Bellamy stepped closer, "I am not afraid of anything."
"Prove it." Callus said simply leaning closer. Clarke starting walking away towards the woods- callus and wells followed with bellamy and murphey close behind. Bellamy sped to Clarke's side
"I will as soon as she takes her wrist band off." He gripped her hand. Callus put his hand on bellamys shoulder gently from behind.
" freckles-" Callus warned softly for only him to hear. Bellamy turned red and shook calluses hand off. Bellamy was about to say something to callus before finn interupted by joining the group.
