POV Alice
I've lived my whole life with the question "What's love?" And "Is love real?"
I've never seen anyone that's actually in love. My parents aren't a good example. My dad died when I was little and my mom hasn't met anyone since and to be honest I barely know my mom. She's always locked away in her room doing who knows what. When people ask about my parents I tell them I don't have any. It's better than the truth.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's the last week of school...
"Come on Alice get out of bed and get ready"
Katie opens my curtains so the sunlight shines onto my face.
"Come on Alice we are going to be late."
She grabs my blanket and pulls it off of me. Then she walks to my closet and grabs a white crop top, some light jeans, fishnets and a dark jean jacket. She lays it out on the bed and grabs my black vans. I sit up and rub my eyes.
"Do I have to? It's the last week of school and I don't want to see him"
She rolls her eyes at me.
"Alice just because he didn't please you like the others did that doesn't mean you can give him the silent treatment"
She puts her hand out and I grab it.
"Ugh fine"
I change, brush my hair, and do my makeup.(The image above is Alice's outfit)
(Katie's outfit)
Katie drives us to school like she usually does. When we get there she looks at me and smiles.
"Put a smile on that pretty face."
She's the joyful one out of us. The cheerleader. The one with the handsome boyfriend. The typical cheerleader and football player relationship. It's gross.
