The first time that I ever seen the show, I LOVED Damon Salvatore. However, after watching it again I really feel the writers let him get away with too many things. They swept the things he did to Caroline under the rug, they never let Elena be angry at him for all the people he killed (after they were together), and he got to sleep with everyone without judgment while the female characters were called "whores" or "attention seeking" for doing the same things that he did. He is a funny character, I give him that and I know the show would not be the same without him but, I feel like he gets a pretty pass and does not deserve to be forgiven at every turn because let's be honest, he only feels bad for doing things if Elena is angry at him. Also, I don't find him attractive.

So I have a very love hate relationship with Stefan. He is by far the better Salvatore in my opinion and I don't understand why Julie was so obsessed with Damon that she decided he was the better man instead of Stefan??? Anyways, Ripper Stefan is >>> like wtf who told him to look so good in all the flashbacks? He's also really selfless, and when people say that he should have left Mystic Falls and let Delena be happy... HE TRIED and Silas didn't let him? Like wtf are some people on these days?
