50 years had passed.....
Despite seeing the star gracefully glowing a thousand miles away that already died thousand years ago. Hence it still feels alive watching it from afar up until the light gets dimmer and promptly fades away as if it never existed from the sky, leaving without any trace or mark that may prove it lived a thousand years.
Nevertheless, no one doesn't recognize it nor took any interest in a Dying Single Star when there are almost a hundred million that glowing up there.
Except for one person who's the first and most likely the last who catch to see the celestial woman who mysteriously descended on Earth.
He single-handed carried the burden as well as the precious memories that the celestial woman left to him.
It's been 50 years, Lyndon Lee found a new house in San Francisco. At age of 40 years old, he started his new family with a woman he met at his new company and got promoted as chief editor.
They gradually had two healthy kids.
Many decades may past but his memories with Stella are still vivid as the stars in the sky. Lyndon has been living for the wishes she had upon him.
It might be a farce to the eye of other people that he married someone after his relationship with Stella.
He treasured his wife and kids, as well as his grandkids.
But there's also a reason why Lyndon started a family of his own despite devoting his entire life to Stella.
50 years ago, right after Stella vanished.
He devastatingly went home and saw a strange letter hiding in Stella's portrait.
He was taken aback to open it because he already know that it was something Stella left for him.
Thus, Lyndon nervously opened it and the letter said.....
"To my dearest man, Lyndon. I know that it might be a cliche to left this letter right after I vanished.
But the dilemma of whether whose gonna leave first was quite hard for me than I imagine. We both knew that we love each other, but no matter what happen, I'll always be the one running out of time.
That's why I have a favor to ask. Don't act like a kid and continue reading what I'm about to say.
I hope you start a new beginning. Start a family, have cute kids, and adorable grandchildren. This new beginning you're about to take will be more lively now that there are so many people who'll surround you.
You will never taste the loneliness and live your life on the bright side forever. I will be your guide, your light for your success.
The sky will never run out of stars and I'll be watching over you from there. I may be just a spec of the star but I'm sincere to say that I love you with all my celestial heart.
This is not a goodbye, because I'll be forever by your side.

Lyndon who thought there's nothing left tears to shed grieved with aching heart while holding the letter.
