Written below, are the explanations of the different roles the community staff would be playing to ensure organisation and efficiency.

🔮Founders🔮
These people are in control of the community. They are the ones who develop the community and manage the account. They hire and train or give permission to hire and train the individuals in each department. They assign duties to each staff and with the help of the admin, they ensure all tasks/duties are carried out smoothly.
{NOTE: Our community is not hiring people as founders, we are just be having our own founders!}࿇ ══━━━━━━✥◈✥━━━━━━══ ࿇
࿇ ══━━━━━━✥◈✥━━━━━━══ ࿇
🔮Admins🔮
They are basically contests and community managers. They assist the planners and founders in the events the community holds. This set of individuals are in charge of managing awards, contests and writing challenges. They are the ones who would accept awards entries, post results, assign judges to each genre etc. They are also leaders as they take charge in situations when necessary.࿇ ══━━━━━━✥◈✥━━━━━━══ ࿇
࿇ ══━━━━━━✥◈✥━━━━━━══ ࿇
🔮Mangers🔮
They will be representing the community to the affiliates and will be handling things besides the Admins. Being a manager is not that tough, but sometimes it may be difficult. You need to keep a check on every ongoing project and keep things up to date. Need to make sure people are working and not just a Dead Human in the community. Make sure to help the Admin Crew with their work as well as in the server.࿇ ══━━━━━━✥◈✥━━━━━━══ ࿇
࿇ ══━━━━━━✥◈✥━━━━━━══ ࿇
🔮Hosts🔮
They will be assisting with the planning, preparation, and organization of events organized by our community. They will be answering questions and addressing the concerns of participants in a charming, polite manner. Ensuring that the event space is clean prior to and after the event.
The host must be responsible enough to handle any situation he/she is in. They will be the persons looking at how the events are going on.࿇ ══━━━━━━✥◈✥━━━━━━══ ࿇
࿇ ══━━━━━━✥◈✥━━━━━━══ ࿇
🔮Planners🔮
In simple words, planners are award and event planners and would work alongside the admin and graphic designers to make our awards and contests a success. They'll also brainstorm with the founders to bring up new ideas to keep the community going and jolly.
As their name implies they help in planning whatever event the community hosts. For this position, you must be active, responsible and cooperative. Hosting an award/contest is not an easy thing so we need highly responsible and cooperative individuals to take up this role.
