Stranger || Ni-ki ff

Chapter 19

Sunkiki:
Are you ok?
You haven't talked to me these past few days.

Ni-ki sighed as he looked at his phone waiting for her reply. "What's wrong?" Jungwon asked. "gyuri hasn't talked to me after I told her about how I feel everytime I talk to her" He sighed. "May I see the conversation?" Jungwon asked. Ni-ki nodded and hand his phone to Jungwon.

"Ni-ki... You did not just told her that you like someone else which is her" Jungwon said. "So I really like her?" Ni-ki asked. "We know you do but you keep denying it" sunoo said as he came and sat beside them.

"The way you smile talking to her, The way your eyes shines everytime you talk about her, The way you blush or feel flustered when we tease her to you" Sunoo said. "Wow..." Ni-ki exclaimed in shock.

"Just admit it that you like her" Jungwon said. "Maybe I do" I said. "Want to hang out with her and her friend?" Jungwon asked. "Huh? How?" I asked. "Come on it's her birthday tomorrow!" Sunoo said smiling.

Gyuri's POV

"aaaahh~ I don't wanna go out, I can just work in the cafe all day" I said as Eunha tried to pull me out of the bed. "come onn~ Just come with me at the mall" She whined. "I don't have anything to do there" I said. "I'll treat you" She said.

"Yah! I told you to stop treating me stuffs!" I said as I got up. "Finally you got up, now let's go! get readyyy" She said cheering. I looked at her in disbelief. "Dress beautifully~" She said smirking before leaving.

I sighed and just did what she said. "What's with her today" I said mumbling.

I looked at them in shock. "Nowp, I'm leaving" I said as I was about to walk away. "Aaahh~ Come on! They invited us" Eunha pouted. "I realized I'll be a third wheel here" Sunoo stated. I looked at him in confusion.

"Nothing! Now where shall we go today?" Sunoo asked. "Arcade?" Jungwon asked. "Nahh... I'm hungry" I said as I was about to go to a fast food area. "Takoyaki?" I turned to see Ni-ki. "Oh? I thought you were Eunha, Eh sure why not? I love those" I said smiling.

Ni-ki and I walked towards the Takoyaki stand and ordered two boxes of it. "What made you guys come here?" Ni-ki asked. "Eunha pulled me here" I said sighing. "She made me get up because she told me she will treat me but I said no" I said to him. He chuckled at what I said.

As always.. He's cute like a giant baby. "Yah! You both left us alone" Sunoo complained as we turned to the. "Oh? Hyung you disturbed their sweet moment~" Jungwon teased. Eunha shushed him.

I looked and them and sighed. "I'll pay for the Takoyaki" Ni-ki said. "ha? No! I'll pa-" Before I say something he payed for it. I looked at him in shock. "oh-" The three said in shock. We all started walking around the mall.

"Why did you pay for me? When you just met me two times" I told him. "Why not? Besides you seem like a nice person" He said. I looked at him. For some reason I feel at ease and comfortable. "Are you both done eating?" Sunoo asked. We both looked at him and nodded.

We all then walked inside the arcade. I looked around in amusement. I never tried arcade ever since I grew up alone. "My treat!" Jungwon exclaimed. "Oh hell no!" I stated. Jungwon shushed me and ran to the counter. 

"What's with you guys treating me today" I stated in confusion. "Just appreciate it" Eunha said. I looked at them and sighed in defeat. Jungwon gave us tokens as he came back. I looked around not knowing what to play. 

Until the stuff toy in the claw machine caught my attention. I walked towards it and tried getting the Peach stuff toy because it looks so soft. I groaned as it keeps falling. "Want me to get it for you?" I turned to see Ni-ki. "No, I don't want you to waste your time here" I told him. 

He shakes his head and motioned me to move. I moved a bit and watch him try to get the stuff toy. I watched him focus on it. I chuckled. "What?" He asked. "You look like your life depends on it" I giggled. "Well of course, you want this so I want to get it for you" I blushed at what he said.

Yah! You like Sunki! You're not supposed to act like this with someone else when you like someone. But for some reason the same thing I felt to Sunki is also the same way I feel right now when I'm with Ni-ki. I watched as Ni-ki got the stuff toy making us shout in excitement. 

I hugged him tightly and thanked him. I felt him froze and slowly hugged me back. I realized what I was doing making me pull away quickly and blush in embarrassment. "Oh uhm... Thank you" I said to him. He laughed. "No problem, take it as a birthday gift" He said smiling.

"Oh- uh- T-thank you" I stuttered. "Alright love birds~ Stop flirting" Eunha teased making me glare at her. "Shut up! You know I like Sunki right?!" I whisper-yelled at her. She just shrugged and walked back to Jungwon and Sunoo.

"Wahh~ This taste good" I said in amusement. "First time trying it?" Ni-ki asked. I nodded. "I didn't know taiyaki taste this good! Now I know why you like it" I told him. He nodded smiling at me. "Aye aye stop with the Taiyaki we have to eat meals" Jungwon said.

"Can I have one more later?" I asked. "Take as much as you want, it's on us anyways" Eunha said. "What's with y'all treating me today" I said pouting. Sunoo then grabbed a box. "Is that a cake?" I asked. He nodded.

They then started singing Happy Birthday song. "Yah..." I started in shock. I didn't even knew it was my birthday because I never celebrated my birthday considering I'm living alone and have no one to celebrate it. 

"Happy Birthday to our Gyuri~" As they said that I started crying. "I never knew I'll get to experience something like this" I said as I cried. Ni-ki rubbed my back as he comfort me. "I'm thankful for everything you guys did for me, I promise I will repay you" I said to them.

"No need to repay us, Take it as a gift ok? Just you being with us is enough" They said. I smiled at them and thanked them again.
