one.

Riku's POV

It was raining and pouring. It was very cold. My parents threw me out of the house. I tried to stand up but my body was quite weak after being beaten up. There were bruises and fresh wounds all over my body. I held the railing of the porch outside and stood up. My father was already annoyed by me and he went inside.

I looked up at my mother who had fixed a glare towards me. I only had a hoodie on with some shorts. My body felt really numb and I couldn't process what was happening.

"I hope you don't come back. Even If you do, we won't be here anymore. Now get lost, you little shit."

Only then I cried from the pain and how I realised I was being kicked out of the house.

I will have no family.

I will have no place to call home.

I cared for you mom, dad. But you do this to me.

She shut the door behind her and left me in the rain. I shakily stood up and mumbled to myself.

"everything will be alright"

I went to Han river as it was almost dark. I was very weak and couldn't take it anymore. I wanted to give up but I thought what if I lived one more day ? Would things be better ? WIll something happen tomorrow ?

I was just walking down the bridge path when I saw a person crying out loud and shouting as he held the railings. My eyes widened as he was climbing the railing. Even though my body was quite heavy and weak, I tried my best to run there as fast as I can to stop that boy.

"Excuse me !? What are you doing ! Please Stop !"

I quickly pulled the boy off the railing by latching onto his hand and pulling him down with all my might. He was quite strong but I kept yelling for him to stop and let go of the railing.

"Please stop ! Please I'm begging you ! Stop ! Let go of the railing !"

He finally let go and I pulled him at least 2 metres away from the railing. He cried out loud while still holding onto my arm. I sat him down and patted his back.

"What's wrong ?"

I asked while my voice was breaking from the crying. I quickly hugged him and patted his back.

"What are you trying to do ?! Please stop doing this... Wait here, wear your shoes."

I quickly stood up and got his shoes. It was raining and still cold. I had to bring him somewhere warm. He was slowly struggling to put on his shoes so he ended up just stepping on it.

"It's really cold here, how about we go inside a cafe ? Please, don't do this to yourself."

I said while helping him up but I kept falling along the way to the cafe. The owner had helped us in and gave us blankets to warm ourselves up. He was still sobbing and I was hiccupping from the shock.

"A-are you calmed down now ?"

He nodded and placed down the hot chocolate he ordered. I haven't ordered anything since... yeah, I was just kicked out of the house.
