"How bout your friends are they alright?" Amelia asked releasing a few sniffles looking at the girl with red bloodshot eyes, Y/N admired Amelia in many ways but she most admired how selfless she was, she could be dying but would still ask if your hurt or not, Amelia reminded her of her mother, they were so similar yet so different in many ways
"They're alright thankfully, speaking off they're probably looking for me right now I told them I would just go on a walk" She mumbled the last part more likely to herself as a reminder
"Where even are they? We looked for you guys but we couldn't find you to the point that we thought you were-" Aiden stopped himself before he or Amelia could have another breakdown
"We were over there," the girl said pointing to the far direction making Aiden and Amelia nod in the realization
"Then how did you find us?" He asked, the girl's eyes lit up slightly before looking around trying to find the furry little animal to see it laying down near Aiden's foot, she reached down to get the animal making it immediately curl up in her hand

"Well this little furball helped me," The young girl said looking at the animal in awe, Aidens eyed widened seeing a familiar pet, pacing to her with a wide grin, his distressed face long gone as he took the pet and squeezed it to his chest, his cheek resting on top of the animal
"Oh my god, Chippy! I missed you so muuuuch! How did you even survive! Not that I'm complaining" He mumbled swaying back in fort with the little chipmunk mindlessly chewing on his hair but the old man was too relieved to even care
"How are you even sure that's Chippy" not that Amelia was being a pessimist or anything she just didn't want Aiden to have his hopes up, in fear to have it be a false-Chippy-look-a-like, she hated whenever his precious smiles she adored was nowhere to be seen
