After School, Y/N walks to the breezeway of the school and plugs in his earphones. He pulls out his notebook and draw something. We can't see it but can hear the music from his ear buds.

Y/N stops drawing as he hears a loud crash. Y/N gets up and walks around looking for the source of the crashing noise but no one is around. Outside that is.

In the Coolsville High School library sat Daphne Blake, Velma Dinkley, Fred Jones Jr. and Norville 'Shaggy' Rogers. All in for detention. Just the four of them. Daphne in for her talking back Mr. Wine, Fred in for accidentally breaking a window throwing a football, Shaggy for his sleeping and Velma in their, not for detention but peace and quiet so she could work on her project. Mr. Wine left to get something in the office leaving the students. The four students were sat their doing their own, Daphne with make up, Fred doing make-up school work, Shaggy trying to stay awake and Velma working on her project. The four of them heard a loud crash causing their heads to turn to the dark hallway of the 12th grade hallway. Looking around for a second until they hear a door open. They turn and see Y/N walking in the school looking around. "Y/N?" Fred asks but Y/N couldnt hear him as the room and glass were near soundproof.

Y/N pulls out his phone and turns on his flashlight, slowly ready to make his way down a hall until Velma threw a pencil at the window near Y/N gaining their attention. Y/N sees four of his classmates in the library as he opens the door. "Y/N what are you doing here?" Fred asks as Y/N softly closes the doorm "Waiting, did you guys hear a crash?" Y/N asks. "Like from down there." Shaggy says pointing to the dark 12th grade hall. Suddenly another crash is heard startling everyone. "Its just an old school guys nothing bad is down there." Daphne says and she gets back on her phone, Velma was gonna say something until the glass in the library broke behind Y/N who quickly jumped away. The 5 of them look over a see a skinny man with decaying skin, pale white eyes and a green glow around him and in his hand a chain connected to a hook. Y/N, Fred and Velma stares in shock seeing this while Daphne and Shaggy scream in fear. Y/N and the others quickly get to their feet and run out of the library the monster in tow. They make their way down the dark hall as the monster threw the hook quickly thinking Y/N grabbed Velma and Fred grabbed Daphne and pulled them away as the hook came to them. Shaggy trips and falls sliding a few feet as the monster pounce towards him. Y/N quickly grabs a nearby fire extinguisher as and sprays the monster. Fred and the others help Shaggy up. "Go!" Y/N says still spraying the monster. Shaggy takes his words to heart and runs as fast as he can with Fred pulling Daphne and Velma away as Y/N kept spraying the fire extinguisher at the monster. Fred, Velma and Daphne make it to Shaggy who was trying to open one of the emergency exits but it was locked. "Shaggy open it." Fred says as Shaggy is struggling to open it. "Like man I can't." Daphne and Velma turn to see Y/N slowly backing away from the the monster still using the extinguisher. "He has about 15 more seconds on the fire extinguisher." Velma says in a panic. Fred finally having enough he pulls Shaggy from the door and kicks it open. "Y/N!" Fred yells. Once the extinguisher was out Y/N ran. Y/N saw down the hall as the other run out the door and Y/N books it through. The monster now gives chase and chases the 5 teens. "He's still on us." Daphne says as they run across the street, drivers slamming in their breaks and yelling at them before seeing the monster man chasing them. Shaggy notices the area of Coolsville they're in and leads them in a abandoned building. Once inside they stay away from the windows, don't say a word or move. Outside the monster looks for the kids. Growling that he lost them he decided now is a time to check the buildings once he puts his hand on the doorknob until a scream is heard. The man looks over an see a group of pedestrians staring at him in fear. He smiles and runs back towards the school. Inside Fred looks at the group putting his finger to his mouth as he slowly makes his way to the door. He peeks out and sees no sign of the monster. Y/N is the second as Daphne, Velma and Shaggy follow behind him. "Like man what was that?" Shaggy asks. Fred looks at his peers. "Not sure." Y/N then sees something on the ground. He crouches down and pokes a sticky green liquid. "Will I come back?" Daphne asks. Y/N turns to the group. "I dont think so." Soon police cars rolled to the scene. The 5 teens look back around the area as the cops approached them. The cops were skeptical of everyones description of a glowing green man with a chain and hook. Fred notices how one of the pedestrians point in the direction of the school. Soon Mr. Wine runs down and sees his students. "Are you all okay, I saw the glass and you all weren't there." Mr. Wine says as he approaches the teens. Fred finds it highly weird that the Mr. Wine shows up as soon as the monster shows up after he left and he comes up after the monster is gone. "We're fine Mr. Wine." Velma says. Daphne notices Y/N looking at the green goo on the ground. "What is that?" She asks. Y/N turns to her. "What ever it is it came from that hook guy." Fred grabs Y/N and Daphne with Velma and Shaggy behind them. Fred leads them back inside the abandoned building. "Anyone else finds it weird how Mr. Wine just randomly shows up and knew where we were after that creep chased us here." Fred says still feeling skeptical about the teacher. "Like man how could Mr. Wine be that hook guy?" Shaggy asks. Velma then come into the conversation. "He did leave before that thing attacked and somehow knew where we were after it left."

"He also had enough time to change back before the cops arrived." Daphne points out.

"It's not him." Y/N says flatly.

*Flashback*

Y/N enters the school after he hears the first crash noise. He makes it passed the office and notices Mr. Wine inside the office taking to Mrs. Davis, the principal. They were in deep conversation. Y/N continues to look for the where the noise came from but was soon startled. "Y/N."  A voice calls. Y/N turns and see Ms. Kirkwood, the Chemistry teacher. "What are you still doing here?" She asked. Y/N had to come up with something quick as to how he heard a noise but the staff didn't. "I left something important in my locker." He says continuing to walk towards the noise leaving a confused Kirkwood.

*Flashback over*

Fred scratches his chin. "Even so he still could have ditched Mrs. Davis saying he had to go back to the library." Fred says.

"And only he and Mrs. Davis knew about there being a detention." Shaggy says.

Y/N shakes his head. Mr. Wine isn't the Hook Man, but he needs evidence and to proof. Soon Mr. Wine walks in. "Are you kids okay?" He asks. All except Y/N nod. Mr. Wine notices Y/N's silence. "Great way to start your first day. Anyways I called your parents they'll be here shortly." Mr. Wkne says. He then takes his leave. "It has to be him right?" Daphne says softly unsure.

"Look whoever's it was its gonna attack again and for some reason choose to attack us." Fred says.

"So what do we do?" Shaggy asks. Fred now looks unsure.

"We wait." Y/N says gaining their attention. "We get more evidence and make sure to catch the son of a bitch." Y/N says.

"How exactly do we know it's even human? It was glowing green and looked dead." Daphne says. Y/N then realized something. "Outside there was some green goo, if I'm right I know that there something in that goo that could help us." Y/N explains. "But like how do we catch it?" Shaggy asks the obvious question. That left them stumped. "We trap it." Fred says breaking the silence. "Come tomorrow we start looking for more clue on that thing. Velma," Fred turns to her. "You and Y/N the smartest people I know you guys figure out that goo and how can someone make it." Velma nods. "Daphne, Shaggy and I will look up on Mr. Wine and see what up about him." Y/N still hates how they see that Mr. Wine is the prime suspect in this. "Uhh...I don't even wanna be apart of this thing." Daphne blurts out. Shaggy nods quickly. "I'm with her on this." Fred groans. "We are the only people who actually seen this thing in action, the police won't help." Fred says. Y/N nods in response. "They probably think the people put there are baked out of their minds." Shaggy head shoots to Y/N. "Baked?!" Y/N ignores Shaggy and continues. "The point is the cops won't help and if we dont do anything that thing will attack again." Y/N says. Daphne and Shaggy don't like it but he has a point. "Alright starting tomorrow we investigate that Hook Man." The teens then leave the building and walk outside and see their parent. Fred walks over to his dad, Velma to her mother, Daphne to her parents, Shaggy to his parents and Y/N to his mother. "Sweetheart are you okay?" She asks as she checks his face to see if he's hurt. "I'm fine." Y/N says softly. "Cool town." Y/N says as he jokingly. Y/N's mother chuckles and pulls him away lightly.
