Instead of suicidal thoughts, Goldie asks for him to be.. reset and rebranded. However, as a true antagonist, shadow freddy fucks with the erasing. Part two where Goldie will start glitching. And remembering everyone's favorite thing!

I sigh as i stare off. My head space has been so messy lately. Filled with guilt, anxiety, happiness and unpleasant rage. I cant keep living like this.. i need to find a way to escape from this sort of 'cycle'..
I get up and leave making my way to mikes office.
"Hey, mike?"
"Hm? Whats up Goldie?"
"Can.. can animatronics have their memories cleared and be remade?"
He seemed shocked by the question but after thinking for a while he nodded.
"Any animatronic can be remade with the right design idea and can have their memories erased. Why?"
"Can you guys do that to me?"
He seemed startled and then concerned
"Goldie why would you even think that!?"
"Its boring having to sit in my room and rethink the same memories over and over again. Especially.. 'those ones'..."
He sighed and nodded.
"Ill talk with henry. If you can make a new design, we could make you perform solo or with another solo act."
"If you can, can i help Mari in the arcade?"
He smiled and nodded. He ruffled my hair and headed out towards Henry's office. I rushed to my room and began designing.
(Since i cant draw it rn, imagine Goldie with toy blush cheeks, a sort of stitched up design around the joints and he had a more "puffy" fur look. He also wears a sort of arcade worker's outfit. Kinda like mikes shirt but its more of a vest.)
-2 months later-
Goldie had been passed by corporate and they have just started the memory process. This has all been kept secret from the other animatronics. However, while mike and henry had gone outside to get Goldies new parts, someone stepped out of the vent.
"You cant forget this all just yet."
He imputed a sort of virus and hid as mike and henry came back in.
(This is strange but its just supposed to be just a small part.)
-a month later-
I smiled waking up. Ive just been put in my station. My name is.. golden freddy but my nickname is Goldie! I'm in the arcade with a person named marionette. They don't know about me yet. But we're all gonna be best friends!
I walked over to mari's box and knock. I stood back and soon the box opened up. And a small animatronic popped out. They saw me and their eyes widened.
"Hi I'm Goldie! Im your new helper!"
"Goldie.. why do you look so different? Plus i know who you are!"
"Hm? You do? Well that saved the introduction!"
"Goldie why do you look so different and acting like you don't know me?"
"Beeecause i don't? I only just woke up for the first time."
She climbed out of her box and dragged me to another room. There was about 3 other animatronics.
"Goldie, who are they?"
I looked at all of them and tried to remember them in any way but nothing came to mind.
"Im sorry mari i don't know."
"Mari, goldie, what are you two doing?"
A brown bear approached us followed by a small boy and a fox.
"Freddy please tell me you know what happened to goldie."
He looked me up and down and shrugged.
"It looks like they got a new design? I honestly dont know."
"Freddy. Goldie doesn't seem to remember any of us."
'Freddy' scoffed
"He's just messing around."
"No actually he's not."
I turned and saw henry.
"Hi mr. Henry!"
"Hello Goldie. How do you feel?"
"Like i can bounce off the walls!"
He snickered and ruffled my fur
"Would you mind going somewhere else? I need to talk to the others."
I nodded and turned to mari
"See you back at the arcade!"
I left the room but stayed near to listen.
"Listen. About three months ago, goldie came to mike asking for us to.."
He sighed
"..to wipe his memories and remake him. He basically been reset back to the day we first got him. He's skittish when meeting people he doesn't know alone, he's clumsy, he's energetic. And he's happy."
I peek over and look at them. They all look terrified. I turned and went to the arcade.
-20 minutes later-
I laughed finishing my eighth dance on ddr (dance dance revolution.) and got perfect score just like the last ones.
"Yeah! Awesome as always!"
I laughed to myself and went up to pick the next song.
"Goldie?"
I screamed and suddenly teleported on top of the machine. I stared down at a surprise freddy and mike.
"Sorry goldie didn't mean to scare you!"
"Its fine mike!"
I snickered and hopped off.
"Goldie, this is your big brother freddy. Freddy this is goldie."
I smiled and waved
"Hi big bro!"
"Hi.. goldie.."
