This is the scenario
Jessica was laying on the floor of a small, dark, cramped room. She had nothing but a thin blanket to cover her thin, pale body as c*m seeped between her legs. She hadn't moved for hours, her mind numb other than to the thought of s*x, her already in a constant drug induced heat. She'd been like that for years, having absolutely no hope even possible by this point. Her ribcage was showing, and her hair was knotted up from constantly being snatched.
It'd take a lot of work to fix her.
