Moving in with a gang

Chapter 21

I woke up with my alarm going off, I turned around to wake Kingsley up but he was all ready awake, and starring at me.

"Why are you staring at me like a creep?" I asked him.

"You're beautiful. You had a fight last night" he says while touching my eye.

"No I am fabulous. Yeah I did, now I am going for a shower" I tell him. 

"Okay, I will go wake the guys, and my brother up" he says.

I nodded, while I went into the bathroom then I went for a quick shower, I got dried before getting dressed into school clothes. I straightened my hair, then put on mascara along with lip gloss, and a little bit of foundation on to cover my eye. I went down the stairs to see that only Kingsley, John, and Toby were sitting at the table.

"Where are the rest of the guys?" I asked Kingsley.

"They aren't coming to school today" he tells me. 

I nodded, then made myself a coffee while Kingsley,John, and Toby were talking about stuff. I heard my name get mentioned, and I turned around to them.

"What are you taking about?" I asked.

"Toby was asking me if you were in my gang, I told him that your not, and that you street-fight" Kingsley said.

 I nodded before I went up the stairs to get my phone, I had a text from my dad which made me sigh out loud, and I decided to open the message. 

From dad
"Sapphire I know your in a bad mood the now, it would mean a lot if you came to my wedding."

To dad
"Fuck off."

I went in the living room while Toby was leaving for work so I smiled at him, and then looked at Kingsley. 

 "Can we go to Starbucks?" I asked Kingsley, and Kingsley nodded me.

 Kingsley  drove to Starbucks, I ordered my usual then we went to school, and we got out the car after we parked the car. We walked into the building then went to the cafeteria to sit, we were talking until the bell goes for registration.

"Do you want to meet my dad?" Kingsley asked, and I looked at him with wide eyes.

 "Erm...Yeah sure" I say, and Kingsley looked at me with an unsure look.

 "Good because he's coming over tomorrow night" he tells me.

"Okay, cool" I say, and John looked at me.

"Sapphire what do you think about Toby?" He asked me.

"It's really weird that Toby is a cop while Kingsley is a gang leader" I tell him, and John smiled.

 "It is init" he said in agreement. 

I nodded at him then made my way to my registration class, I sat on my phone until I got a text from my dad which was sent an hour ago.

From dad
"Sapphire please just think about it. It would mean the world to me if you came."

I rolled my eyes before I put my phone back in my pocket, the bell went for French so I made my way to French, and  I got to my French class when  walked in the teacher told me that we are doing a listen test. I made my way to my seat then I sat down, and waited for the teacher to start the video for the test. I only done 3 questions done out of 23, I gave the teacher my paper before I walked out of class. I went to the library where I put my earphones in, I am listen to 'Nightcore - Immortals' I sat in the library until break since I walked out of French.  I had a free period, the bell went for break so I made my way down to the canteen where there was 2 people fighting, and I recognize them both.
