Hidden Feelings

Chapter 6

I followed the sweet , smelling aroma of my favourite dessert , Banana split .

The thought of that is already making me drool in my mouth . I looked at the queue . The queue snaked down the hall to the Gents . Oh my ! The queue is so long .

My stomach was growly furiously . Until , a friendly face popped out from nowhere and asked me , " Do you need some help ? "

He pointed to the dessert store . I nodded profusely . " Okay , I will ask my friend , Martinman to help you out since he is at the top of the queue . "

I saw him asking his friend and he pointed towards me . I gave a little wave . Martinman ordered and he said " Vanilla ice cream for you , Strawberry ice cream for me and Banana split for you , Cocomonkey . "

I dug into the delicious and yellow banana split . " Mmm ... Yummy ... " Wow , thanks a lot ! I'm sorry its rude but whats your name , kind sir ? " I asked .

" Well , my name is EasyE . " he said .

" And how did you know my name ? " I asked curiously .

" I am in your Maths class , the teacher is Mrs Angular . " he answered .

" Oh , I did not know that ." I felt so rude that I did not know that he is in my class .

I felt like slapping myself in the face . " Maybe , you can be my Maths partner ? " I said .

" Oh sure ! I would love to . " he said . We ate our dessert in silence, hearing the bustling noises of students fighting for seats and plus we're the lucky ones to find a seat ...

Mmm , yummy banana split ! Cocomonkey is known for loving bananas ! :)
